I really enjoyed ordering from Joe’s. Yet, the last two times I have ordered the pizza wasn’t cooked well. The dough in the center was mushy. It seems like it was thrown together and rushed out the door. The first time I experienced this I figured next time I will order earlier. Tonight I ordered at 7:27. The pizza showed up it was hot. Upon opening the box the toppings had slid off and the center was not cooked. I am extremely disappointed.

I placed an order and kept checking to see if the driver was outside because I didn’t want my food left outside sitting in a chair at work for bugs to get. I don’t know how long my food sat outside but I did look out the glass every 5 to 10 minutes. I get that delivery time is an estimate but I can’t just stand outside work for a hour waiting on a driver. They should look into a tracking app so customer can track the food delivery in real time.

I was pleasantly surprised at how good the non-pizza items were. We got a Philly cheesesteak (superb), Kodee’s Alfredo Baked Ziti (decadent sauce), and a white pie (chef’s kiss). All items were excellent. We will be back.

Several people recommended Joe’s on the neighbor app when I asked for real NY style pizza in lake wylie area. They were right. True NY style with perfect crust and generous toppings. The slice of cheese was perfection!

Ordered over the phone (1st time patron) & wasn’t given the proper info about the dish to make an informed choice. When I called to bring this to their attention the employee was LESS than helpful. As a matter of fact she implied it was my fault. I’ll NEVER make this mistake again. Beware if u’r choosing this establishment.

What a hidden little gem in Belmont. After being in Charlotte since 2010, I never truly found a pizza joint that I loved and could say “this tastes like the only thing I miss about New Jersey.” Then, we move across the river and, well, this place is truly legit delicious folks. I order the same thing every time and never fails to impress: Large pie, extra sauce (ohhh, that homemade sauce is out of this world), well done. Picture provided is that exact order. Will be a Friday night staple for as long as they choose to stay in business. Well done, “Joe”.
