Best freaking nachos I’ve had in a while. Nicely kept restaurant just outside of Rio Hondo. Lots of food and good prices. Only drawback is they need more parking as they’re going to need it.

The most amazing ribs! Seriously, maybe the very best ribs I’ve ever had. Perfect smoke, perfectly tender, awesome bark and flavor. The sides were also good, but I’ll be going back for the ribs. Hard to beat the pricing too. If you are anywhere close, it’s well worth the drive. But even if you are a hundred miles away, it’s still worth the drive! Closed on the weekends. Don’t miss the chance to eat at Rio Smoke!

Great food. You don’t get small portions, so bring your appetite! The trashcan burger is a must with some seasoned fries and a sweet tea. The atmosphere is the best – family oriented and super friendly. They cater, too and not just barbecue! Definitely worth the drive. You won’t regret it!
