If zero was an option that’s what I would give. Waited 40 minutes to get to the window. Once at the window it was approx 15 min until we were acknowledged, then was finally told they were extremely short staffed and apologized for the long wait and were assured we would be getting some “free taco” coupons for the long wait. After about another 10 min we were finally handed “our” bag of food, in that bag, nothing was correct and we did not even have the number of items we ordered. So not only was everything wrong- but we didn’t even receive our full order. Nor did we receive any coupons for the extremely long wait. And because it was after 930 we couldn’t even go in to address the errors or request a refund. The only option was to lose the money we spent or get back in the hour long drive thru- and we definitely were not doing that again.

I sat in the drive thru for an hour and 50 minutes until first one, and then Both of my doordash orders got canceled. This place in an absolute joke. Had to wait in line even after the orders got canceled. 1 blind guy with no arms could make food faster. You should fire all those incompetent “workers”. Never again will I go there. You don’t deserve 1 star. ABSOLUTE TRASH!

About sick of this joint I been here a dozen times and probably left twice with food they always got a reason why they cant take an order. Open until 3 am and only taking door dash orders at 10:45. One time they literally ran out of beef at 3 in the afternoon

Everything I ordered and paid for was made incorrectly or missing none of the paid for additions were added but charged I asked for no sour cream, it was in every item I received except the Taco. I paid for a chalupa combo and got none I did get a soft shell taco though. I order my food from Taco Bell because I live the flavors and customization but this is ridiculous my wife literally didn’t receive her meal. She tells me not to order from Taco Bell anymore. But I keep trying I think I’m going to have to admit she’s right. Refund me please

I ordered on the app and spent 23 dollars on my order. When I get to the drive thru they tell me they can’t make my chalupas the fryer is down. Okay fine. I subbed two cheesy Gordita crunch ordered in the same manner which was extra beef no lettuce. These scumbags loaded lettuce like extra lettuce on everything that usually comes with lettuce. No extra beef and actually, NO BEEF AT ALL!!! All my stuff had chicken subbed instead of beef and plenty of lettuce when I HATE LETTUCE. These careless employees Are gonna mess with the wrong person one day and it will end very badly for them. They couldn’t have the common decency to read that I ordered NO LETTUCE and Paid for extra beef or even read that I paid for extra.steak fries burritos neither had fries in them. I ordered the online exclusive custom box and I didn’t even get the fiesta potatoes either. ( I would have let that go if they didn’t screw up my entire order!!!) Can’t even be a basically decent human and tell me they ran out of beef. Which by the way: all these buffalo Taco Bell’s are ALWAYS out of something but yet the app lets me order what they are out of anyways. Whoever is the district manager has to do a better job. I’m not letting this one go. I will be heading down there tomorrow about this travesty and I will call them daily until I speak to someone and get a full refund. If you’re going to work ANYWHERE to only be careless and take zero pride in doing your job correctly, don’t work there!!!!!

I’ve come to this location several times and the service leaves much to be desired. There 3 employees on shift the day wasn’t busy and instead of helping the 1 employee making food 1 employee was on her phone and the other casually walked out to her car and sat down for 10 mins. I’m not sure who is the franchise owner of this location but more has to be done to proper manage the staff here.
