8/29/23 ordered food on my Burger King App and went to pick it up. Store closes at 12am and I arrived at 10:30pm and store was closed. I still got charged for my food but got no service or food.

On 8/26/23, between the hours of 12:30p-1:30p (after not eating at any BK in over 20 years), my child wanted to stop and try a whopper and so I decided to try the Spicy BK Royal Crispy Chicken combo. We drove off and I took a bit and immediately had to spit it out, it was disgusting. So, I went back through the drive through and asked for my money back. She stated, “she could not give me my money back, she would have to call the manager.” So, I believe his name was Jorge (he was an old Asian man) comes walking up with an attitude and was rude as HELL. He started screaming, “WHAT IS WRONG WITH IT! I told him it was disgusting as hell and I want my money back. So, he took the burger and just threw it and then he opened the register and grab $6 and slammed the register and walked off cursing. So, I told him if he does not like his job then he needs to go find another one because his customer service skills SUCKS. According BK’s Facebook and google reviews this man is very well known as being rude as hell and known to threaten people. Is this the type of person you all want representing your company? I would appreciate some type of resolution because that Asian’s management style and attitude is unacceptable!

placed an app order at 9:15pm and totally received the wrong order. They had nobody in the drive tru or in the restaurant, but still failed to get my simple order right. After realizing they messed up the order, they refuse to answer the phone. My son drove back to get our order, and the place was closed at 10pm even though the app says they are open to midnight. I complain to a bot on their app and it said that they will get back to me in 24-48 hours……….and the company doesn’t understand why they can’t compete with more competent fast food establishments. Burger King is TRASH!!!!!!!!

We ordered three Whopper Meals with large fries and three large drinks. Of course they forgot my fries again and when I tried to call to let them know the phone number doesn’t work. The burgers tasted excellent but I was really looking forward to the fries

The Asian manager gives you 1 millisecond to tell him the whole order without him asking “anything else?” And CONSTANTLY interrupts you, then you have a new lady maybe mid 40s to early 50s with glasses with a mental impairment has an attitude problem. Only decent person that I’ve met there is a ginger teen girl who is very kind. I honestly feel sorry she has to deal with that environment.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this location. I have been on a bit of a chicken sandwich hunt as of late and tried this location for their offerings. I ordered a spicy and a regular Ch’King sandwich. I wanted to try them both and figured I would have 2 meals out of this. I was wrong. Both sandwiches were so sad I actually wrote burger king as only half of each sandwich was edible. I did not get a receipt so I gave a detailed description of my car and what I ordered as well as a very close approximation to the time of day. This was 4/25/2022. I was contacted quickly by a rep and I provided them additional information including repeating my phone number, etc… They replied saying they would send my information to the restaurant management. It is now 5/8/2022 and I have not heard a peep from anyone. I was not looking for a refund but I would have liked to talk to somebody about buying sandwiches that were obviously left far too long under a heat lamp or something. I even explained in my online feedback how hard the chicken was in places.. I explained it was hard “like chip your tooth hard”. They have my email, my phone number, etc.. If the people running this location truly cared they would have reached out to me by now.

They should just shut this place down. I’ve come here several times in the morning to get breakfast and no response with doors locked. If the changed their opening time to 9am just put that on the door.. people are trying to go to work and not waste their time stopping here for a quick breakfast… wish I could give 0 stars!

This about the 3rd time I tried stopping to get food at this Burger King location between 7:15 am and 7:30 and no one answers the drive thru intercom as well as have the dining room locked and yet the schedule on the door and drive thru say they open at 5:30 am. It also been multiple times I came and works in there but no servicing the customers because in their with AirPods in their ear and can’t hear nothing but their conversation on their phone or music.
