Was told it would be a 15 minute wait for new chicken, which i didnt mind however they didnt leave it for a minute afyer to drain grease off and the whole box and bag were covered in grease when i got home. It even bled thru onto carpet of my car. The sides i ordered were ice cold because they got it ready when i ordered but there was a 15 minute gap wait for the chicken. The manager was yelling when i aas at window to pay. This place has gone downhill and i wont eat there again. Go to chik fil a instead which might not b as good of chicken but it doesnt cost me double to clean my car

Not only was the chicken hard as a rock, when we complained, the manager said, just ask for me when you come back, I’m the female manager. Upon returning and repeat of what she wait we were rudely told she wasn’t there and there are no notes, their response was to give us some chicken but pay for all the sides again.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT EAT HERE! I came thru the drive thru ordered 2 mac and cheese bowls and a famous bowl okay get it home mind you I live in Moline but work in east moline so came to this location after work well after spending $28 I get my food home and all the “POPCORN CHICKEN” is rock hard over cooked or they just fried the breading? I’m not sure. Called and was told that if it’s been eaten out of I can’t receive a refund lol what a joke I live about 20 mins away I have all the hard “chicken” that I should’ve taken back smh this place is a joke I will never give this location my money ever again and if you choose to good luck!

Walked is the entire place smells like raw sewage. Very dirty place, behind the counter and in the dinning area! The staff was not friendly. All I was waiting on was a drink to go with the meal and the entire staff sat in the back talking for at least 5 minutes. I will never eat there again!

Tried this store again last night. I ordered an eight piece bucket and only got seven pieces. And small pieces at that (wings and legs). Also tried the new chicken wrap. Shells were stale and cracked apart while trying to eat them. I’ll not be visiting this store again.

Worst service waited in drive thru 20 minutes to order while rude service said he was to busy to take my order while I watched two smoke breaks for workers was not that busy no way to run a business loss a loyal customer I have never been treated so rude and unappreciated service to a paying customer

$5 Potpie special. Surprisingly good, chewy and flaky crust. The chicken mashed potato bowl was okay, except I didn’t get a biscuit with it. Staff seemed tired and argumentative (not in the mood) so I didn’t say anything about it and just left. The biscuit is the whole reason to get that dish.
