Definitely one of the best dumplings places I’ve ever ate it. Service was fantastic. The food was just simply incredible. The facility was clean and nicely decorated. The menu was pretty extensive and unique. They even had a little robot that delivered food. Highly recommend!

Best dumpling I ever had in U.S., give the fact I lived in various Chinese communities in California for years, authentic taste like those in my hometown, which is the area of soup dumpling originated from. The quantity of ingredients are very good. Strongly recommend!

Mingle’s Mango offers a new take on some traditional favorites. We enjoyed the items we ordered, which included the cucumber salad, Queen Crab XLB, Kurobuta XLB, Green Onion Pancake, Nightmarket Street King (chow mein) and Tenshinhan (fried rice).

The XLB here was really good! My favorites were the pork and the newbee (lobster and garlic) ones. I also highly recommend ordering the green onion pancake, it was super light and crispy. The owner is also super nice and friendly! The interior decoration is very fun if you like anime and they played a lot of music from games when we were there.

The wagyu beef noodle tastes awesome! We were told that the noodle is hand made every morning, and it tastes really good and fresh (it might be better if we can choose to add a little more noodle). It is the first time I have tried lobster soup dumplings, and they are tasty with a strong lobster flavor. The pork soup dumplings are also good.

Delicious food, prompt service and friendly staff. The environment is welcoming and I enjoy the vibe of the whole place. The soup with hand pulled noodles is delicious and the dumplings are fantastic. I went twice in less than two weeks when I discovered the new location on mission in Fremont. I will definitely return. Oh… and make sure to try the fungus salad.

If you love anime, and manga. You need to come to this place, indeed. If you know the neta of food name, you can have a nice talk with the host. Moreover, the owner of this place loves inventing new types of Chinese cuisines. Nice place to find innovative Chinese food. General Kim is a must try for anyone loves spicy dumplings.
