Beautiful Flower

This should be a zero star. We love zaxbys but will NEVER use this zaxbys again. Order was wrong on March 11th called and manager Deon took down our order and said it was free on next visit. We called our order back in and was told I dont remeber the order. Made new order willi g to pay for the extras that was ordered. They couldn’t get this order correct on the first nor second time. Deon is the biggest lying manager who doesn’t care about the customers at all. The chicken after we got it was burned and not worth giving to my dogs. STAY AWAY FROM THIs ZAXBYS. Make the extra drive to Millerville.

I had never tried Zaxby’s because I thought “How different could ANOTHER chicken place be?”. The answer is VERY DIFFERENT! I have been so many more times. The boneless Buffalo Garlic chicken meal is very good and super affordable. My hubbs and I both get the #4 and it fills us up and is under $16! That’s cheap nowadays. Love the staff as well. They’re always polite, friendly and helpful.

We went to this location on a Friday night for dine in. We waited over 30 minutes for our food to come out. Simply not good customer service. They weren’t even busy maybe 2 people in front of us. We will not be returning to this establishment the employees do not understand customer service. They did not offer any type of refund either after I had to go tell them we had not revived our food after 40 minute wait

Went thru the drive thru and got the 5 finger chicken plate with double fries and no slaw. Had 2 people in front of me and went quick. Got my food quick as well. Got home, about a 5 minute drive, and the food was COLD and disgusting. Used to be a fan about 10+ years ago when they weren’t even in Louisiana; they were in Florida. Loved their chicken salad sandwich, and loads of different flavors of wings. Now, it’s just another Raising Canes wanna be.

I have to say they mostly always get my order right. And we absolutely love the food. Great portions. Great food. Except when you get bone in wings when you want boneless but that’s also mainly the night crew when the hooligans are in. They are not the best crew.

I love Zaxby’s black and blue salads. Unfortunately this location did a very poor job at our food. The blackened blue salad I normally get was double the size of the one I got I had half the chicken I normally get and it was just kind of thrown into the container. I would highly recommend Zaxby’s just not this location.

Food was very tasty & great temperature, COLD CHICKEN ON THE BOTTOM. WE DECIDED WE WANTED TO CHANGE & order the 10 piece special. The order was changed WE thought until we received it. WE informed them. The lady said they did not have the 10 piece. That was ok with us. WE ordered tea w/no ice. Arrived home with NON-SWEET TEA. OH WHAT A MERRY CHRISTMAS NIGHT.
