This little Mexican restaurant is as authentic as crossing the border … I’ve tried several Mexican restaurants in Tampa and this lovely little place is definitely #1 on my list, trust me because I’m a Mexicana!! It’s my go to Mexican restaurant when I don’t feel like cooking my own. Hope to see you soon because I’m coming back for Friday Tacos !!

Delicious authentic REAL Mexican food! Our group tried the tacos, flautas and burritos. They had 4 different kinds of salsa and all were delicious! The owner, who served us, was so kind and attentive. I definitely recommend this place. We’ll be back! Sorry, no pics, we ate it all! 🙂

A must try! So happy we stopped in for the first time. Steak tacos, chorizo tostada, ceviche tostada, gorditas (beef, steak, etc,), rice & beans, and of course some house made chips and delicious dip. The staff was so so kind and really made the experience. They treated us to some complimentary cheesecake and flan that we did not think we had room for but are so glad to have tried because they were fantastic! This woman owned business does it right and we cannot wait to go back.

What’s going on guys! It’s your boy syd retro.!! Today I stumbled into this hidden gem in Tampa , I think I found my new fav spot across the bridge for tacos! the customer service was amazing and the food was on point today they had $1 tacos so I got carnitas barbacoa steak & chorizo, Birria and more! Everything was so fresh and flavorful perfectly seasoned. I think my fav was the carnitas I also ordered horchata and it was check out my full review in foodies network 727 on Facebook & YouTube!!!

My husband and I wanted authentic Mexican food tonight. He was raised in a Mexican household and spent a lot of his youth in Mexico so when it comes to Mexican food, he is very picky. We did a quick Google search to see what was in Tampa as we wanted to try something new. I cannot rave enough about this place! We walked in & were greeted right away. The waitress brought us complimentary chips & salsa the moment we sat down. We both ordered horchata which was good. We started out with an appetizer called ceviche tostadas which were AMAZING! So much shrimp on top of a crunchy tortilla. It was so refreshing and perfect to start with. My husband ordered alambres which were served with handmade tortillas and beans with rice. I ordered a variety of tacos ranging from chorizo, asada, and adobada served with beans and rice. They were the best tacos I’ve had since moving to Florida! 10/10 recommend. Go treat yourself, you’ll thank me later
