A little irritated. Ordered my bowl to go and when I finally open it up, about 1/4 of the bowl is liquid and there’s hardly any rice. Is there a rice shortage or something? Come on Chipotle. Y’all are getting more and more expensive and I expect way better smh

I recently had an unfortunate encounter at a restaurant that left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. The experience was marred by the behavior of both the cashier and the manager, who were extremely rude and disrespectful throughout my visit.

12 people in line behind me. Finish my food and the 6th person behind me is impatiently waiting for the cashier. Nobody sits at the tables, which are filthy. Floodwaters came from the soda machine but are dry now. Floor is sticky. People are leaving huffy and displeased. 3/4 workers appear to be on their 1st day. Manager seems new on the job as well. This seems like a terrible place to work. The public should treat them better but management also should get their bonuses revoked.

Just left chipotle at preston wood. The absolute worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. 3 people ahead of me and a 25 min wait to go along it because of terrible customer service and a complete lack of management. In addition multiple customers asked for quesadillas and the female staff simply responded we don’t do that we don’t have a button for that. Apparently it’s the only chitpole where you must order online and wait for it to show up on there end even if it means waiting 30 min to an hour if there’s other orders. My food was terribly cooked with poorly cooked chicken and ingredients that I didn’t ask for but were residue in the ones I did ask for from poor food handling. Overall just trash.

[8/12/2023, $9] I love this place. I routinely get free stuffs. They don’t charge you for extras. This store’s staffs like to give away stuffs. When missing charges are mentioned, they just ignore and smile. :-). I don’t even know them, I am not even a regular customers. But I tell you, when I come here, they don’t charge for extra stuffs that I add to a burrito.

The worst chipotle ever. I order my food and it is less than half empty there is nothing inside. I didn’t pay 16 dollar for half empty bowl and then you are offering me a refund of $6. Like seriously ? I am hungry and I wamt food and not your $6 understand this. What a disappointment.

This location has ALWAYS skimped on their meat and toppings, but today was ridiculous. Paid for a $20 bowl, and as usual their rice was hard and undercooked. Everything was cold. My bowl was so empty I could see the bottom of it; it’s like they gave me a couple tablespoons of rice and beans. Then the steak was hidden under the guac and I was surprised to find 7 pieces of steak in the bowl. Yes 7, I counted them! You go to any other location and you get a full, heaping bowl that’s warm and delicious. Not here. Don’t waste your time and money. Definitely not worth the $20.

This is probably one of the worst locations. I can’t tell you how many times they forgot to add food in my bags from an order placed online, and when i went back to get the 10$ guacamole they just didn’t give me, they were absolutely livid that I asked for it. “There ya go.” As they threw it over the counter lmao. Also, did you know according to them, their kitchen closes at 9pm? when they close at 11? I walked in one day at 9:15pm and they were literally already cleaning the grill and told me that I couldn’t order steak or brown rice because the kitchen was closed. The manager cares even less and actually walked out looking high as could be lol. If they are out of something, like chips, guacamole, steak or literally anything and you place a pick up order, they won’t even SAY anything. They will just give you your bag of missing food items and then if you notice it’s missing something, just stare at you like you’re a problem terrible service all around and the cooks butcher the food so terribly lmao

In general I think Chipotle serves quality food and I typically enjoy eating there. The only thing I don’t like about them is I’m one of those weirdos that can’t stand cilantro. And Chipotle likes to put cilantro in everything. They already have it mixed into both of the rices and it’s in most of their salsas and some of their other toppings. So I always have to ask for them to scoop me some rice from one of the bins in the back before the cilantro is mixed in, which sometimes they do with no problem and sometimes they roll their eyes and act like it’s a major inconvenience. Then I just have them put a little bit of hot sauce on because it doesn’t have the cilantro in it like all their other sauces do ( or at least it’s so little you can’t really taste it). I’ve been to other good chain burrito places, like California Burrito, which honestly I think is better, plus they only mix in cilantro when you want them to. They don’t just automatically put it in everything.

I eat here at least once a week because the food is consistently good. I like to order in the app and my food is ready when I arrive. This location is convenient for me and is clean. I’ve had both their vegetarian options and also the chicken and both are equally as good. I usually get a burrito bowl, but sometimes I’ll have a burrito or even the tacos. All of their food options are good.
