It only got a three because I really wanted pizza hut pizza. No waitress…waited until they were done helping to go orders, even tho we were here first, to be seated…had to go to the counter to order and pay… the place is desolute…we are the only ones here.

First of all PRAISE THE LORD!!! This is the FIRST Pizza Hut i went to that actually reopened their dining room since Covid! And its October 2022 and 31 months later, this Covid sensitive franchise finally decided to reopen the areas Pizza Hut dining rooms. I am amazing and happy! Sadly the franchise is still Covid sensitive to reopen the lunch buffet. So whats it like dining in at a Pizza Hut now? So there is no longer a host so its seat yourself. And there are no longer any servers. They are no longer serveing you restaurant style. So you eat at your table in carryout containers. But they will provide you with plates and silverware only if you ask. Also no more beverage service meaning you’ll need to buy a bottled beverage to drink when you dine in.

This place is a joke, they advertise as curbside but they don’t deliver it. Good luck with your patience as you would runout of it. You end up going in and listen to their lame excuses. Oh please save yourself sometime not calling the manager, she is also part of it and no use. Try going to a different pizza restaurant who respects people and honor the services.

Stopped by here after a long day at work and was very happy with my pizza. The gentleman who helped us (think his name was Justin) was very kind and pleasant! Some lady was being very rude to him about a situation he could not control but he handled it professionally. The workers are trying their best and doing a great job. Thank you Pizza Hut!

I forgot how much I liked fresh, not sitting in a bag for 15 minutes to be delivered, pizza hut pan pizza and breadsticks are! The place had just started opening the dining room, and didn’t have all the usual stuff available yet, the reason for 4 out of 5 stars, but after taking a bite I forgot it was a thing at all. Bring back the 80s collectable glasses and set the buffet line up, I am going to stopping by this place more often!

Girlfriend and I were waiting at a red light, and their delivery driver in a white Chevy hatchback flips us off for no reason as he drives by. Very unprofessional. Skinny guy with scruffy facial hair and glasses.

Garbage. Waited 35 minutes for curbside. They were shortstaffed but 2 people texting… one just got back from myrtle Beach it seems. 48 minutes after ordering still hadn’t put our drinks together.

Dominos saved my churches game night when an order was called into this Pizza Hut 3 hours in advanced. I will never order from this location ever again. My husband heard the worker in the back scream out I don’t care. 30 minutes after my order was supposed to be done, they didnt even have the order in the oven. I’m very thankful Dominos on the Carlisle Pike got my large order done in 30 minutes and saved my churches event. If I could give this Location 0 stars I would.
