The “New York” style pizza was okay, but the crust was too thick and too crunchy to be NY style. It’s the same crust other places call thin. The sauce was on the sweet side. The service was unfortunate. The person who checked me out was clearly displeased by the tip I left, as she curled her lip up when she looked at the receipt.

The pizza here is alright. However, my order is rarely correct. Apparently they do not have a warmer on site. Therefore, if you are 5 minutes late picking up, your food is already below room temp. The sauce I ask for has never been included, literally not once. Over the phone or online I ask for one flavor, and I am given the least appealing flavor they have. I can only assume to get rid of their least popular dipping sauce. Plus, the customer service leaves quite a bit to be desired. I will just go somewhere else.

Food is always great but sometimes (especially since covid) staff hasn’t been a kind & often are not delivering due to not having a delivery driver. My only reason for 3 star is because it’s the 3rd time I had to pick my order up last minute because it’s no delivery driver. I feel like upon ordering online should say that a driver is unavailable so then the customer will know whether to continue with the order or just know they need to pick it up. Instead of ordering and getting a phoee call when the food is almost ready stating it’s no delivery driver. I’m pregnant and I’m so glad I didn’t have my baby yet or that I wasn’t working from home otherwise I would have had to cancel. I just feel like it should be some online notice that it’s no delivery driver available so ppl can be aware. Other than that this location is awesome food is always fresh and made great!

Normally a very good place to order from. Once in a blue moon you will get someone who either makes the items to fast or doesn’t follow directions. I’ve had a couple times where my cheese bread literally had nearly no cheese on it. Not like it’s a huge deal, but you pay extra for cheese bread so I expect cheese on it lol.

Highly recommended! Pizza is great and staff are polite. We’ve been coming here for years and never had an incorrect order. We used to order over the phone but these days it’s more convenient to order online. We’ve always picked up our order and have never tried the delivery service.
