Ordered thru DoorDash Sunday 11th at 7:47pm. The order went thru, but about 5 minutes later a lady calls me and says that they are closed and I would get my refund in 5 business days. I just got my bank statement and no refund. I contacted DoorDash but there’s been more than 3 days past the order and they can’t refund it. I left a message thru the Jimmy John’s website and I haven’t received anything. Look here on google and the same happened to someone else. This place is STEALING $$$. I lost $28.80. Please be careful ordering here, go somewhere else! I am so mad!

Their sandwiches are great. Service is fast and efficient. They don’t talk much because they’re busy. Ambience does not apply as it’s more of a carry out place. It next to Virginia ABC Liquor store. It’s a very convenient location.

I love Jimmy John’s food, but the delivery service specifically needs some work. Ordered a sandwich for delivery around 10:49am, received a notification it was at my place, and nowhere to be seen. I called the restaurant about my food, and they said they would re-deliver. About 90 minutes and another call later, I finally get my food. This is the second time this has happened. I won’t be ordering this location again.

Ordered online September 9th. A woman called from the store and said their driver wasn’t available but our order would be refunded in four days. It never was. I’ve called the store twice and left messages asking when my refund would be processed and still haven’t been called.

I made an online order through doordash as a gift. My friend says the order canceled but my phone says its in progress. So I call the store to clarify or get refunded and no one picks up the phone. I called multiple times using the doordash app, the phone number listed on Google maps and their on website. Don’t waste your money the customer service is Clearly terrible

I really like their sandwiches they are very tasty, but I had 2 incidents when first time I had sandwich delivered and I paid cash and driver didn’t have a enough change on him and he said he would bring it back to me – never happened. I learned my lesson to pay online with credit card. Second time the other day it took them 50 minutes to deliver my order and someone from store called me to tell me that driver wasn’t available and it would take longer so he promised me to send a voucher for free sandwich next time with my order and I was okay with that. But when I got it the voucher wasn’t there and I called the store to let them know about and the guy told me that he would credit my order – again never happened. Just think it is bad customer service, if you promise to do something and then you don’t do it. I can understand that something unexpected can happen but don’t promise things you then don’t fulfill.

It’s a Jimmy John’s. My daughter loved hers in college, then grew up. I tried for something different. Not sure why. Solid food, just not the taste I enjoy. I guess it’s Pepsi or Coke. If I have to have fast food sub, I prefer Deli Italiano in Great Falls, but will settle for Subway

Took about an hour before my food came although the delivery guy apologized and mentioned they were really busy. No problem, but on top of waiting an hour, my sandwich didn’t include ANY of the toppings I requested!! No mustard, no oregano, no cheese (which I paid for), no peppers. Just turkey, lettuce, mayo and tomatoes. I’m very irritated.

Literally the worst!! I have ordered for delivery twice now and it has taken over an hour. Just tried to call them multiple times and no one has answered. I’m still waiting on my food which I already paid for of course. My lunch break will be long over by the time my food arrives, if it ever does!
