We ordered online ahead of time on the Universal StudiosApp, arrived to quickly get seated, and we scanned our table to have our food served. Had the Rotisserie Chicken & Char-Grilled Ribs Platter with a side of Cilantro Lime Rice and Black Beans. It was all very tasty with plentiful portions. The staff was great keeping the restaurant clean, all while being attentive to customers

We had a pretty good dinner here. We got the turkey leg platter which was good but didn’t taste as good as the one we had last time at the Universal kiosk. This one felt a bit drier and the fries that came with it were very much just so so. We also had the rice bowl pernil which I didn’t know was a type of shredded pork. This was actually pretty fantastic for theme park food. The pork was excellent, rice and beans that also came with it was good and the plantains delicious. The portion for the rice bowl was also pretty big.

I had the turkey leg w/ fries and my son had the rotisserie chicken. This food is a strong meh for me. Service was good. Food wasn’t great for the prices we were charged. The chicken was extremely dry and basically inedible.

The best universal restaurant for good service and food. We went right when it opened at 11am and was seated right away. The restaurant is Jurassic Park themed and since it’s next to the water ride, it’s very scenic. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food came in less than 5 minutes after ordering on the mobile app. We got the Pernil Rice Bowl and the Ribs + Chicken Combo Platter. The food was hot, fresh, well seasoned, and absolutely delicious. This is way better than the other fast food spots around the park. Well worth the visit and would recommend.

I visited Thunder Falls Terrace for lunch while at Islands of Adventure, and I was really impressed! The food was great, especially the turkey leg. I highly recommend using the Universal app to do mobile ordering – it made things much easier. The roasted potatoes were also very flavorful, but the corn was a bit disappointing. It was only seasoned on one side, so the other side was quite bland. Overall, though, I had a great experience at Thunder Falls Terrace and would definitely recommend it to others.

The food was so good. The rotisserie chicken was nice a juicy. The ribs were fall off the bone tender. The potato’s were really good as well. We ordered it on the app which made it pretty easy and quick. There were no lines so that’s a plus.

The food is amazing. And it says this was voted the best theme park restaurant and I see why. The atmosphere is amazing and the service and food is on point. You have to make a reservation usually a day ahead of time. But it’s worth the price, which isn’t terrible. The ac works soooo well in here too.

This place was quite nice to eat at! I got the roasted pernil with a corn on the cob to share with my sister, and I was amazed at how good the food was. The food was savory and the corn was juicy! Would totally eat here again!
