Absolutely unsanitary and insulting as a customer! Trash cans overflowing onto the floor. Straws and wrappers all over the soda area. This is supposed to be a dining facility?? Quite a ways to go!

I was given the wrong order and was given a hard time when I returned with it. Additionally, I paid for Guacamole and extra chicken. By the time I convinced the manager to remake my order, I totally forgot. My original order came up to $18/$19. The manager kept asking me for a receipt, even though I had a full order in front of me that was untouched. How often do you ask for your receipt with takeout? I wouldn’t need my receipt if you get my order right. Receipt or not, you gave me the wrong order, just replace it!

I came at 17:20 today and I regret it. The staff are completely unorganized (except the cashier). I asked for a barbacoa and carnita burrito and the guy, I kid you not, literally tried giving me 2 quarters (and I mean coins) full of barbacoa and black beans and that’s it. I told him to give more because why would I pay for that?? The girl at the second station ripped my wrap while trying to, what I assume, mix(?) my food on the wrap. The cashier looked at me and gave me a shy smile, and offered to double wrap the burrito. I’m guessing for no charge since it looked nasty and unappetizing by the time she was done. I have been there before, but that was my worst and most stingy experience at a chipotle ever.

I wish I could give this a no star. I am absolutely blown away with how chipotle preps there food. Our lettuce was old, rotten and dirty. Normally, seeing a piece or 2 of these wouldn’t bother me but I STARTED OFF PICKING THEM OFF, but realized it was literally all of it and felt disgusted. I lost my appetite, image how they handle the lettuce, image what other violations they have. I would never come here again, and this was the 3/26 AM shift. Yeah its a no from me, just go somewhere else because god knows what you would get if you ate here

I love the location but I do not like the food or the service whoever does the chicken needs to be retrained the chicken is always overcooked and burnt the rice is usually undercooked or overcooked the service varies depending on the person.. they have a hard time listening to the portions being thrown on a bowl I love chipotle but I only get great food and service from locations further away preferably the laurel location get it together chipotle.
