Two days in a row I’ve had my order wrong. Both seemingly simple orders, 4 soft shell tacos and a veggie burrito and then 4 soft shell tacos. 1st time they only gave me 2 soft shell tacos, second order they gave me 4 taco supreme’s. How hard is 4 soft shell tacos?

My boyfriend and I ordered 3 Taco Surpremes No Tomato and 3 Locos Tacos No Tomato. We got 3 Tacos with just meat and cheese that were supposed to be the taco surpremes. No lettuce or sour cream on the taco surpremes. The locos tacos had lettuce and cheese but also sour cream and he never asked for sour cream on them. They got the no tomatoes right but messed up everything else. I don’t know how they messed up our order so bad. It was an easy and small order.

I’m vegan and I had a great dine in experience. After I ordered DoorDash they put cheese in my tacos. Which I didn’t order. DoorDash refused to issue me a refund. They were nice enough to make it again without cheese.

Came for lunch from work. Took almost 20 minutes for two small burritos. The staff basically ignored the front counter and anyone waiting. When I finally got my order one of the items was wrong and I had to ask to get my drink cup. At this point it’s better to just drive to the Kingston location. The place was clean and I saw the employees actively changing gloves so there is that, I guess.

If you want Taco Bell, you’re better off going to a different location. The food is disgusting most of the time. I’ve had burritos with practically nothing inside with wraps that are cold and “raw”. The first time I got a Mexican pizza it didn’t taste how it should and tossed most in the garbage. The second time, it was un-cut and the tortillas were RANCID! The fiesta veggie burrito was like nothing I’ve had before at other locations. It’s like they made it up. And there were large, hard, tasteless pieces of avacoda in it. It makes me wonder how sanitary and safe this place is to eat from if they can’t even make fast food. Never coming here again.
