Kendra is the manager is very rude and lacks customer services skills. I ordered a personal pan online and got there when it was supposed to be ready. They kept telling me to give them time and after waiting an hour. No personal pizza. I asked for a refund and was told i would get a store credit. I told her I needed my money back. Never again ! A delivery driver at the Chickasaw Trail location in Orlando FL was resting multiple delivery bags on the trashcan outside the store before putting them in his vehicle. This can spread and transfer so many disgusting germs and cause illness. He was touching the bottles of soda after touching the bag that was resting on the trashcan….and keep in mind this food is being delivered to customers who will then handle and spread these germs. This is extremely unsanitary and highly concerning if this is sent to the Department of Health. The man was heavy set with a grayish white beard and wearing suspenders. My pictures are time stamped at 6:10pm Eastern. He was driving a gold or silver small SUV. Looked like a Ford Escape. Several customers eating at the restaurant next door outside witnessed this and were horrified and shocked at what they were seeing and everyone was talking about it. This should never happen at any establishment serving food and beverages or any establishment in general.

Normally we love them but last night we got 2 pan pizzas that were really pale and dry. The crust was nothing like it should have been and the veggies weren’t very cooked and I had to pick mushrooms off a whole pizza. I understand if there are trainees or something but sheesh someone needs to check and manage these things.

Terrible food and service. We waited over an hour for our food to be delivered (despite the website saying it would take 25-35 minutes). When it finally arrives, they give us a coupon good for one free large; however, after eating our cold, stale, inedible pizza-why in the world would we order from them again? The breadsticks were cold and stale (like they’d been sitting out for hours and then microwaved prior to being sent out for delivery). The pizza was cold, dry, and bland. The boneless wings were the only semi edible things to eat (still cold though). Even after having to warm up our food in the oven, nothing was salvageable. We wasted nearly $40 on trash. I DO NOT recommend eating here. Save your money and order from somewhere else OR just buy a frozen pizza if you’re that desperate.

Order was suppose to be ready at 8:05pm… I recieved my food at 8:40pm with cold wings and pizza when I left the place. Waited inside the pizza hut for 40 minutes. When I left there were 8 people behind me waiting in line. And there were 7 people working from what I counted. They just all seemed to be clueless of what there job was at the moment.

They lie about your order being ready. App confirms that the pizza is ready but when you drive to pick it up, they say it’s an IT problem and your pizza will take much longer. After three occasions of the same issue over a few months, I’m done with Pizza Hut. I don’t mind a wait, but I’m losing time and gas just because their systems are wrong. Very poor customer experience, and the pizza just isn’t worth it.

Ordered 2 pizzas and bread sticks online (easy order) at 7:19. Said 65-75 minutes. Checked back at 7:45 to see the updated time and the time stayed the same on the order. Still 75 minutes. I called THREE times. Spent 15 minutes on hold each time. I must have pressed a button to make them call me back somehow because someone called me back to place an order. I asked about the time issue on the website and that I needed to check on my order. She put me on hold for another 6 minutes and never came back on the phone! It doesn’t allow me to cancel the order online and I can’t get anyone on the phone to cancel it. What a JOKE. After hearing the recording repeat 75 times that they care so much about service but no one can answer the phone or give order status I am definitely not a believer. I have to drive up there now to see what is going on and to pick up my own pizza. They better credit me the delivery fee I prepaid!

I was a huge fan of the New Yorker back in the ’90s and I was very happy to see that it was finally brought back even if it is for a limited time. After many years I ordered one today and it was very good not as good as the original but very good nonetheless but the highlight of my experience which is why I’m even bothering to write a review for a franchise like Pizza Hut is the employee who’s name unfortunately I do not recall but the woman that greeted me used my first name was very polite and friendly kept me informed promptly of when my pizza would be ready and before I left she showed me the pizza and asked if it looked good to me and if it met with my approval and it absolutely did, nowadays you go to places like this and people look like they are just miserable when they’re there and sometimes the customer is treated like an inconvenience or disruption to their day and the person who helped me today made me feel exactly the opposite as if I was actually dealing with a happy human being and not a miserable employee and this day and age that is hard to find.

We love our local Pizza Hut! We miss the old dine-in days, but the pizza is still great to eat at home (especially the Big New Yorker 16″ pie – enough for the whole family! This location is take out only. Staff is super nice.
