Love Imos in general but the fact that they tell me they can’t take a coupon because they “don’t do that deal anymore” is sad. Coupon clearly shows a specific location it’s advertising for and it’s well before the expiration date of the coupon. Bad business.

Dined here for the first time yesterday; everything was great! There is plenty of room in the dining area and there’s nothing better than enjoying Imos pizza right out of the oven! The service was fast and the employees were friendly. Will definitely return!

I grew up in St Louis, have moved all over due to my spouse being in the military. Anytime were close to an Imos, we stop. Today we stopped at this location on our way home to Ft. Carson from Columbus, Ohio. The pizza is always AMAZING! TY for fulfilling my craving!

It was your typical Imo’s Pizza, seems that to work there you must have at least 6 piercings in odd places, and natural hair color must be banned, and finally tattoos in every area visible to public.., ah yes, we can’t forget the standard attitude or the Imo’s worker, doesn’t matter if it’s in St. Louis or Columbia, or anywhere between, the employee is required to put off a nonchalant attitude that says, in it’s stoner voice, “I make the same amount whether you buy or not and I am more interested in my cell phone than anything you could possibly have to say”.

Took an 1:58 to get delivered. I called 3 times and got hung up on once. Pizza wasn’t hot by the time it arrived. They said they were down a few drivers but I would have preferred being told that when I ordered if their wait was so long. Doesn’t even look appetizing. As a STL native who eats Imos at least monthly, I’m quite disappointed in this location.

Took over 2 hours to get 3 XL pizzas and toasted raviolis. They sent wrong order since they ran out of dough they sent 1 XL and 4 medium pizzas. 3 pizzas were burnt beyond recognition, everything was cold except the marinara sauce which was mildly warm. Worst experience ever and when we tried to call back no one answered.

It must be the new management. Talked to Manager. He made a new pizza for us. I think the new way of making an IMOs is to burn the red sauce and skimp on the cheese. No more IMOS.

Undercooked Soggy non melted garlic cheese bread. Saddest that a Saint Louis Native “Has ever seen it” if i wanted to cook my own food in my oven ill continue at Papa Murphy’s.” I hate myself for spending any $$ here. Pizza cooked perfectly. Thats the one star.

Zeke was awesome when I came by and picked up my pizza. I had my hands full with a baby and he carried my food out to my car for me.y only critique is that the crust on the cheese pizza was a little tough but the other pizza was perfect! And it was so awesome and sweet that zeke did that for me!
