I’ve been searching for authentic ramen spots on LI (which has been disappointing). I won’t mention the others, but honestly if you haven’t tried 8 Ramen you’re truly missing out! Food hit the spot, parking was easy (around the back + free on Sundays) and staff were very friendly and attentive. We’ll definitely be back! Also, the outdoor seating is great for people watching. ; )
