I used to come to this location because by their service w. I notice the staff is different, and the food and service is horrible. The rice was crunchy hard. The young guy who made my bowl for me was not friendly. The tables are a mess and the trash overflows. There are no napkins. It looks like trash is overflown where you get your utensils. This location’s staff is ran by young people who don’t care about providing good service or good food.

This was our first visit to Chipotle. We arrived at 6pm. Nothing was set up for dinner. The young man serving our bowls had no hat. His braids hung over the food. He had to go in the back numerous times to get lettuce, corn, chicken, etc. All trash cans were overflowing. All tables were filthy, and chairs were greasy. No napkins in the holders, no large lids, no regular lids, and 2 utensils.The food tasted ok. We will not be back.

Employees had the doors all locked in the middle of the lunch rush hour, and put no sign on the door. My food was 20 minutes late, causing me to miss my lunch break. They served the quesadilla in a bowl, and forgot the rice, pico and corn salsa. As seen from the reviews, it’s clear management does not care, and I will not be returning.

At 12:30pm on a Friday, almost no one here… Service was friendly and fast, ordered a salad and a bowl, both with chicken. Chicken was pretty bland, mostly comparable to Moe’s except you don’t get chips and they don’t have any choice of dressing, just their house which is a vinaigrette type. Meh… I’d rate Moe’s a 4.0

Staff is EXTREMELY unfriendly. Food was subpar, chips stale, they were out of some ingredients, and trash overflowing everywhere. Bathroom smelled and was out of toilet paper. No napkins. Yet the employees stood around and chatted instead of doing their jobs.

They took 30 minutes to make a single burrito online order. There was no line and the 4 employees (see attached image) were just chitchatting amongst themselves. Even after repeated attempts to ask them to make my online order, they took 30 minutes. Absolutely pathetic service.

My husband and I decided to grab dinner here but the lady preparing our order was extremely rude and gave us really bad looks. We are always polite everywhere we go but this lady really made me want to say something. Overall the food was decent but I can’t say that we will be back.

We’ve been here numerous times because my wife loves Chipotle and it’s the only one around. Unfortunately this one is horribly run. Same issues over and over. Either food poisoning, rice isn’t cooked/crunchy, barbacoa is mostly fat, or they give the world’s smallest portions. I had a $10 burrito today that was basically a taco it was so empty. I drove back and showed it to them and they agreed to make me a new one, so I give them credit for that, but come on. This location has so much potential!!!

I’m not one to come on here and say anything, BUT when you have the experience like I did tonight it’s hard not to. Long story short, the there was a line out the door and the drive thru. You could hear the employees hiding in the back laughing. The food and drinks were completely un-stocked and empty. When they came out from the back, they were so unprofessional and it was enough for me to leave. I headed over to Moe’s right next door and I was met with a clean store, stocked food, smiles, and professionalism. The Moe’s manager and team were kind from the start, let me try samples, and each employee were personable to every single customer in the store and this was all before I even told them how poor my experience at chipotle was. The Moe’s manager and team are great examples of fantastic customer service and professionalism.

There are some fundamental issues with this location. I went for the first time for dinner around 7:30 on a Thursday. Slow service, no inventory on main ingredients (chicken, guacamole, queso, rice), unprofessional high school age employees mocking frustrated customers, and dirty bathrooms. I am writing this review to give management the opportunity to correct these issues before this new location is stuck with a bad reputation. Live, Love, Chipotle.
