Loved this taco bell till they gave me bunk cold food and half my ordered. Didn’t give me a receipt and wouldn’t refund it because no manager was there to okay the refund and anyway they didn’t give me a receipt. 40 dollars of food that went right in the trash. I called corporate and never heard back. I no longer go to this location, always a long line, only kids working, lack of gloves, lack of as countability.

I got the big crave box and the items I got were fresh & hot. I ordered 2 sides of sour cream & at the window a woman, the Mgr, schooled me that they don’t have “packets of sour cream.” I didn’t ask for that, I asked foe 2 sides, like I do all the time, having already paid she charged me another 1.59 for the sour cream which was THEIR fault not min & did it with attitude. Whatever, then I had asked for beef in my chulupa instead of chicken, what I got was a lettuce & cheese chulupa with NO MEAT at all.

Usually not bad, but after a 20 min wait most of our order was incorrect. A bean quesadilla had chicken and a black bean crunchwrap had beef on it. I don’t eat meat and now don’t trust ordering food here. We had to throw away our whole order.

Tonight I ordered a Mexican pizza and 2 soft tacos. The Mexican pizza and one of the soft tacos was good, but the other soft Taco had half of the stuff in it compared to the first one. This is not the first time this has happened. They were not very busy tonight so they should not have been in a rush to make my food. Taco Bell prices keep increasing so I guess I just expect my items to be more than half made.

I hate the kiosk!!!!!!!!!!! Companies do not pay customer to ring themselves out, Taco bell definitely cannot afford my hourly rate, sorry food industry is short handed, but it’s not our job to place orders inside the restaurant.

Avoid this location if possible. It’s a nightmare. To have the lobby closed early an have to wait in the drive thru 35 minutes just for my door dash order is insane. Yes my customers order was very late. Husband an I went in Sunday just to hear the female behind the counter complain about how she hates door dash an that it is not on her priority list. Complained about everything under the sun. This location is the reason I will drive out of my way to the Jungerman location. I live 2 minutes from the mid rivers location. Kudos to the team on Jungerman for being so friendly and professional, and having their lobby open.
