The guy at the window was great and understanding but the lady making the food was terrible. I asked to change the cheese for a pretzel pizza and didn’t mind the wait but she said NO. And on top of it, I ordered a supreme pizza and what I got was a pepperoni that had a pile of veggies just thrown on in a messy, uncooked pile. Again, the guy at the window was awesome, the lady cook sucked and was rude.

I love Little Caesars, they’ve got great pizza. Great bread sticks I only have one problem if You let them know that it does not look like the bread sticks have garlic butter on it, and if they go back and put garlic butter on it and some parmesan cheese on it, they will let you know. That’s already got someone there, and they won’t do what you ask them to do otherwise, it’s a good place. So just don’t ask for nothing special and You’ll get almost everything you want.

This place is always packed. This day, I say a lady with over 40 pizzas gets her stuff. One of the employees walked out, so the manager had to lock the doors. But it’s ok her and the 2 employees that were there did a great job taking care of all of us in a timely manner with great customer service. Great job.

Went there this evening and was wanting 2 pepperoni pizzas and the guy tells me they have 3 cheese and a sausage. I asked how long would it take to make the 2 pizzas I was asking for and he told me there is only 3 of them there so he doesn’t know. So i drove to the one on sooner rd and there was 3 people working there and the kid at the front counter told me it would be about 15 minutes was very polite and good at his job. Wish this location would be the same way.

Was out of 2 ltr Mtn Dew but wasn’t notified. Also out of Pepsi. Would have rather canceled my order than have an incomplete one, but was never given a choice. Bad communication. Pizza itself tastes like lukewarm cardboard.

Ordered online. Waited to receive the notification it was in the pizza portal for pickup. Arrived and no pizza. Waited 26 additional minutes to receive pizza and they were out of all the side sauces I paid for; said they can’t refund an online order. Previous visits have always been slow and never have the “Hot & Ready” pizzas available. Crew DGAF

Staff seems to be very lazy. Always closing the lobby. Won’t take your order at the speaker which would speed things up. At the window whatever you ask for they say they would have to make it fresh and its gonna be a 15 minute wait and then ask if you even want to wait, trying to discourage you from getting it. Management needs to get their crew in check. Running this business in to the ground.
