Service was terrible. Incredibly slow, almost 20 mins for drive through order… no apology, just the excuse of ” oh sorry, I got a little tied up”… while four other drive through goers came and went swiftly. Prices are a whole different problem. Way too expensive for fast food.

Ordered mobile and received 2 americana roast beefs with nothing on them.. why wouldn’t I just order the mf roast beef sandwich if that’s what I wanted? Also didn’t put any sauce in the bag when I requested sauce so I got 2 dry roast beef sandwiches… Thanks a lot!

Christie was super helpful. She was the best person I’ve experienced so far at the Moscow Arby’s. She had such a great energy even though they were slammed. And I didn’t feel like she was trying to rush me through to get to the next person like people usually do. She was efficient but gracious. I think she must be a manager because she was so fast and also didn’t forget anything, even asked TWICE if there was anything else I needed, and double checked my order and waited for me to check it, it was a big order, and didn’t rush me and asked if I needed anything else. I ate there, then did a take out too, and it was great all the way around. All the members of the team were great. She just stood out.

Pretty great place for fast food. The staff here is definitely very above average for Moscow as well! I got the Lederhosen special they’re doing, as well as the smores shake. Definitely be careful if you order a large! It was even more than I could finish.

Who ever does the hiring has done excellent. I spoke to 3 different employees very briefly while I waited 4 my food, I was quite impressed by everyone’s manners appearance and just overall behavior as fast food workers.. I am a very judgemental and irritable 48 yr old man and I can’t gripe or complain about anything I saw or experienced at the Moscow store… Grrrrrrrr8 crew!

Not my favorite place to go, but the family wanted it. Our service was friendly and fast. My sandwich definitely looked better on the menu board than it tasted. I am glad they have crinkle cut fries, I like those better than the curly ones.

I’m a student on a school trip with my ffa team so the restaurant got super busy the other night and yet the staff worked so fast and pumped out the best food! The lady at the register, Christina, is so kind and helpful and makes every visit so enjoyable. She’s also so funny and has the most interesting personality. Everyone behind the counter is also so wonderful and the food is amazing every time.
