I went in thinking I wanted some pho but then I saw their banh mi and I had to try it. The bun wasn’t as crunchy as I’d liked but the chicken was tender and had a great flavour. I would have liked some more veggies and not so much cilantro but it was still good nonetheless. They also had the chili sauce that I like back home so I used that on the side to give it some kick. I also ordered the shrimp fresh rolls which were good. The presentation isn’t great but the chopped lettuce gave the perfect crunch and the peanut sauce was really good.

Terrible service and unapologetic management. My wife called in an order for 3 of the A1 Vietnamese egg rolls and found these pieces of hair in her food. My wife is African American and her hair does not match the texture of the hair found in the food. I called and spoke to a woman and asked to speak to a manager, after a loud cacophony of them arguing in Vietnamese in the background a man who I can only assume was the manager got on the phone and accused me of trying to get one over on them and told me there was nothing he could do before hanging up on me.

Regret my decision. Was on my way to Poke Time (which is next door) for the 100th time and decided to change it up. Boy was that a bad decision! Ordered vermicilli with chicken and shrimp to go and I got home, opened the box and some cold uncooked chicken (that they couldnt even cut properly) and uncooked shrimp. Its supposed to be grilled and neither the chicken or shrimp was! The noodles were slimy and the portion size for a child.

Pho at this place is okay. I like the noodles texture and the broth. Broth is flavorful and tasty. I got the special combination Pho, which includes different types of meat, such as brisket, meatballs, rare steak, tripes, tendons, etc. Everything is good except for the brisket and steak. They were very dry. Also, the basils weren’t fresh either. The portion is okay, I got a regular bowl and it was a decent amount of food for me.

If I could give zero stars, I would. By far the worst restaurant and service I’ve ever experienced. There are much better options instead of this location. There’s a sign that says wait to be seated but the restaurant was nearly empty so I don’t know why it took so long to get us a table. The lady was super rude and extremely impatient when taking my order. I ordered the P10 and it was AWFUL. I wouldn’t even consider that being close to Pho. The broth was extremely OILY AND SALTY. I could’ve just ate a box a salt if I had known that. I had tiny pieces of meat that looked like they had been picked off of. My friend ordered the Chicken Pad Thai Flat Noodles (N1)and he said it was disgusting. When he asked to switch it out for something else, the lady (owner) had a complete attitude and didn’t want to takes his new order. We ended up paying our tab and didn’t even bother trying to get something else. Not to mention, I’m not sure if they have a plumbing problem but it smells like sewage waste in certain areas in the restaurant which also caused me to lose my appetite. If you want real food, go anywhere but here please!! It’s such a rip off and nowhere near Vietnamese cuisine. I will NEVER return to this location again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I rarely give 1 star reviews but this place is as bad as the one off of Eldorado in Frisco (for more laughable experience read my review about that location). Ordered through the Doorsdash app for pick up and they never updated the status of the order. Tried calling them but the number went straight to voicemail. The spring roll is a big LOL as it was 95% lettuce. The $17 combination fried rice was small and not worth the money. The chicken pho regular size is laughable as the portion fits for a kid than an adult. The rice plate we ordered should have had a fried egg (we paid extra for it) that did not appear in the box. But back up to the ordering process. Not only did they not update the order via app, but when I picked up the order three men (I assume were employees or owners) were sitting down eating their own meals and took their sweet time to ask if I needed help. I then asked about my order, one gentleman checked one of the bags on the counter and said “it’s right here” and just stood there. Couldn’t even to be bothered to actually hand me the order. The only good Pho Que Huong location is the one in Plano off of midway.

I order on ubereats I felt I made a bad decision after seeing the reviews on Google. My first time having pho it wasn’t that bad. The only thing is their meat portion is very small and it was a bit pricey. I ordered the seafood noodle soup. l really like the sauce on the side.

Poor food volume, I ordered a large P17 fillet steak pho to go at $10.95 plus $1.50 extra. This is what I got, half rice box of noodles AND 7 thin sliced beef. The meat shrunk after cooking, and looked so sad that I just lost my appetite. This is the last time I will be ordering from this place
