The food and service were very good. We ordered dinner and combo appetizers and pork fried rice. We enjoyed our meals. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was pleasant and our waitress was very nice. We were very happy with our dining experience.

Been ordering food from this place for over a year religiously. Today they charge me $13.50 for boneless spare ribs and give it to me in a tiny container ( way less than the pint size ) and their solution is to give me a credit for a soda or an egg roll. No thanks I just wont order from them again. Service and quality of food has completely deteriorated in the recent months

Made our order as we have in the past. My son ate late, after visiting with friends. He let me know that his order was missing the crab rangoons. The restaurant had closed by that time so I emailed them about their omission. I asked how we could remedy the omission and got no response from them. We paid for them so I was hoping either a credit on our next order or a small refund. Not a good way to deal with a usual customer.

Called hours before to make sure we could place a big delivery order in Douglas, MA. We are within a 10 mile delivery radius. (9.7) then after placing the order they told us they couldn’t because we are (10.2) miles away. We are not. And they have delivered to us multiple times before. Poor communication just be honest ahead of time. Will not be ordering from them anymore.

Food was horrible. Some of it was overcooked and other parts were undercooked. They deliver with DoorDash and take their tip and write “fast” in the delivery notes. I received my food bag dripping with oil and the driver didn’t seem thrilled.

Found multiple Brillo pad / steel wool pieces throughout my singapore rice noodles. Called and I was told they would check the noodles and asked if I wanted them to “get me on the next one” lol no, there won’t be a next time.

I have given King Jade a handful of tries now over the past 5 years or so… each time it’s been worse than before. Awful excuse for chinese food. You would be better off with the worst of the mall food court chinese… also very over priced for what they offer. Take your money to Cheng Kitchen in Uxbridge, more than decent food there and friendly staff.
