Excellent meals and service! Not many menu items but as long as they have prime rib, I am okay with it! Au jus was amazing with my prime rib sandwich and waffle fries. The Mexican shrimp appetizer was excellent as well. The pork in the pork burrito had an amazing flavor, it just did not have that much cheese in the burrito. Still really good though. You really need to get the margarita special as well! Our waitress was extremely busy but still efficient at her rounds and always kept our water full. It is a great place to eat in a small town!

We rode the bike out based on reviews a few years ago. We discovered a warm welcome with good service, GREAT food, and a fun atmosphere. We’ve returned numerous times and haven’t had a bad experience. We highly recommend the prime rib, and if the dessert menu includes peanut butter pie or brownie sundae- do NOT pass it up!!

The food was fantastic hunters nachos, prime rib, vegetable beef soup, duchess potatoes, sweet potatoes fries,home made crab cakes, and my personal favorite creme Brule. All of it was fantastic (i was in a group/not all for me haha) the food was great no complaints, be prepared to pay for it but it is worth it.

We went over to Hunter’s Restaurant on a whim while on an empty nester date. Upon walking in, we were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere in the main restaurant area. We were very pleasantly greeted and promptly taken to out table. The waitress was right on top of things and took our order right away. My wife had their regular hamburger with waffle fries and I had the cajun grilled shrimp with rice pilaf. We also indulged in an order or the garlic breaded chees curds which were amazing! Our order arrived very quickly and we were nothing short of blown away. The presentation was great and my wife said her burger was seasoned and cooked perfectly, the best she’d had in a long time. The shrimp was similar in that it was not over cooked like so many places do and the seasoning was excellent! The menu is kind of small, but Hunter’s does a great job substituting quantity with quality. All in all we highly recommend the Hunters Restaurant and will be back soon! Friendly, attentive staff and incredible food! Keep up the great work!
