I purchased a specialty pizza from them late Into the Night right before they closed. The pizza crust was burnt. I called the next day telling them the pizza was burnt and tasted horrible I still had the pizza and was willing to bring it back to them and ask for a resolution. Management said they would not replace the pizza nor give a small credit towards another Pizza because I had purchased it the night before right before they were closed. Pizza was in The Crazy Gator box as well as the paper with my name still attached to the Box then when I tried to post the pictures of my charcoal pizza crust they kept deleting them

Terrible customer service, poor value. We paid for a large, got what would normally be a medium. Paid for 10 wings, got 10 “pieces” of broken in half tiny wings. We asked if we could have half bbq and half buffalo; when the girl asked the manager or owner shouted “absolutely not”. If you like being treated poorly by snotty hipsters, overpriced mediocre pizza go here. Next time I’ll be going to Highland House. Better pizza, better ingredients, super kind and humble owner.

This pizza and bread sticks are fantastic and they have the absolute best garlic cream cheese dip, picked up a large pizza to which I asked to be half baked so that I could finish it off at my home in Flint and they were very accommodating to my request ! We will be doing that again !
