Beautiful Mexican restaurant in the heart of La Conner, WA. This is the best Mexican food in WA state and I don’t say that lightly. Originally from Arizona and it’s been near impossible finding good Mexican food here. So good I had to speak to the owner Sarah and tell her. She was so sweet and kind. Please support her as they grow this place!

Very pleasant surprise! Great service, food, and atmosphere. Prices seemed a little high until we got the food. Fajita platter could probably serve 3 people, still eating leftovers!

Excellent food. Homemade chips and great salsa. Chimichanga with pulled pork came with rice and beans. Hubby had tres enchilada plate. We both loved our meals. Great guacamole also. Love this place!

Very, very good Mexican restaurant in La Conner. Prices were good but the quality and service were top notch. Our server Patricia was so pleasant and gave great recommendations for tequila and cocktails. Food was super good too, and the rice and beans served with it was next level. Can’t remember ever having rice and beans feel as delicious and essential.

The food here is delicious! And the drinks are really good also. We went for date night on a Friday so it was busy and we had to wait for a table (even though I called earlier in the day and asked if we needed to make a reservation and was told no). The main room was really noisy, conversation was hard to hear. Next time we’ll try going later in the evening.

COA is a must-visit Mexican cuisine destination in this area. The parking is limited so plan accordingly. The interior is very modern and elegant, with great art and decorations in every sight line. The chairs are comfortable and the space is an open concept with outdoor seating available. All the encounters we had with the staff were professional, friendly, and efficient. The prices of the food and drinks are on the higher side, but we felt it was totally worth it. The blue margarita was spectacular and we quite enjoyed the tequila. Usually when we get margaritas we can tell if the alcohol is cheap. This was top shelf stuff. The corn chips / salsa were so satisfying. The chips had a big crunch but were so light, and it complimented the salsa very well. Great ratios of ingredients and it tasted light and refreshing. My enchiladas were delicious, usually I don’t like the green sauce but this one impressed me. My wife’s chimichanga was the best she’d ever had. Same goes with the mole sauce, I’ve never had a better one anywhere else. Everyone else loved their food and my uncle even had a custom order that wasn’t on the menu and they accommodated him entirely. The sopapillas were also the best ever, and the churros were just good (big dessert portions, make sure to split it). Overall, an incredible experience and we will be back for more!

Beautiful, upscale Mexican restaurant with a variety of menu items and many to share. My favorite was this basic top shelf margarita that they made amazing!

If you’re searching for an authentic Mexican food experience, look no further than COA in La Connor, Washington. This place is a diamond in the rough, and their aromatic mole sauce is something special. I don’t know what magic they’re using in that kitchen, but it’s the best damn sauce I’ve ever had.

Upscale American version of mexican food. Very stylish interior design. not toddler friendly. The most disappointing part of the food was the beans. They tasted like they came straight out of a can. There was no marriage of flavors, that Mexican food is so famous for. Lots of fresh veggies, good guacamole, great quesadilla. I expected more based on the reviews.
