Didn’t order was told they weren’t serving milkshakes right now! It’s awesome wen you drive out of your way to get something get there and they tell you they don’t want to sell it!! This same Arby’s that told my 78 year old grandmother that she isn’t allowed to come here anymore. I definitely will not be coming back!! I’ll go right by my house!

I spent 35 minutes in the drive thru to get my food. I was behind 5 or 6 other cars. I have never spent that long in any drive thru. In most sit down restaurants you could get your order faster than that. I don’t know exactly what the problem was but that’s ridiculous. No explanations & no apologies for the wait… Nothing.

My wife and I went to this Arby’s for dinner this evening. I ordered the chicken sandwich combo meal with the potato cakes & she had ordered two sliders, one roast beef and one chicken along with a side of jalapeño poppers. Just an average Arby’s the food was OK. It was hot & made to order, but whoever made my chicken sandwich must really like mayonnaise a lot. I like mayonnaise but this sandwich had a little too much on it for my liking, it was dripping out from the side of the bun. The chicken & roast beef sliders consisted of mostly bread. Don’t get your hopes up too high and you won’t be let down. We also ordered a roast beef sandwich to go and when we asked the lady for some sauce she gave us one package of Arby’s and one of the horseradish. Im thinking she must have stock in the sauce. So ask for extra. We didn’t ring the bell here

Really really unprofessional and rude guy working the drive thru may 25th @ 8:30pm. For me to leave after waiting 10 min just to order says alot. The guy was really rude. If its recorded you guys should really listen to the insane way he talks to people. After being spoken to so crazy i was like you know what, im good. I can only imagine what he does to peoples food

This is a hamburger joint so only 3 stars because of this. Special 2 for $7 was a good buy and left us satisfied. Would go back again to try other items on their menu.

Lazy lazy lazy!!! I came back to let them know my fries are cold basically and they literally took them out and put them back under the light. Mind you I already had my hands in them. This girl was short with brown hair and a large tattoo on her left outer forearm. I then requested for fries with no salt in which case takes some time since you need to cook a fresh batch…. Well the girl with the pink hair comes back with the same hotness maybe a little hotter but not fresh and I ask is it with no salt and she nods. First bite full of salt. Listen ladies of Arby’s, if you hate your job you can go somewhere else. Fast food industry is trash with this type of employee disregard for health of the public and just sheer lack of respect for their customers.

Buffalo chicken wrap had far too much sauce in it to the point where it was dribbling out everywhere. Wraps were stale and not wrapped very well. Made a mess of the truck. Ate the chicken and threw the rest out.

New Mac n cheese bowl was COLD. Like it came out of the fridge. Then warm chicken on top of cold mac n cheese. Guess they forgot to nuke the pre-made bowl before they put chicken on. Then, massive amount of ranch. You know what rance tastes like in mac n cheese….not very good.
