When guys took my order he kept interrupting me and kept saying is that all is at all is that all and I wanted to pay over the phone with my debit card and he said you can come in and pay and was very rude and the food was very poor I will never go there again….. I went ahead and spoke to the manager and I asked for the manager and he wasn’t even speak up and say that he was a manager and wouldn’t even give me a discount or nothing what even say sorry it just pour service

What a waste!! I love gioninos however I order from medina . I tried this location out since I was this way . I picked up..paid . I guy whom waited on me seemed he had qn attitude or maybe he was juat tired. Not friendly. I ordered my normal a small garden veggie with white sauce. The box felt HEAVY!! The pizza is mush.. it’s so greasy it’s coming through the box!!!! It’s disgusting will never order from thus location again. Money thrown in the garbage. If I could add pictured would. So disappointed. Next time I ll stick with east of Chicago in Rittman.

Love this place! The kids are so friendly and the pizza is so good! We have had the anti pasta salad, so fresh and good. Pizza toppings are fresh, sauce is perfect and the crust is delicious. We are Italian so good pizza is hard to find. We try and eat here at least twice a month, although, I’m thinking this may be what’s for dinner tonight! Mangia!!!

Best pizza in town and best chicken in Rittman and Wadsworth! But why no online ordering? To be honest, even though they have the best pizza & chicken in town, they also have the worst customer service for phone ordering, and I would much rather order online with no phone contact.

The gioninos in rittman is consistently the best take out pizza in the area. Even on days like today where they were super busy with a line outside the food was delicious as always. Great staff that cares about quality.
