Haven’t ordered in a while but was craving the legendary Crazy Bread & got some bland sticks wings were TINY, and the marinera tasted like it came out of the lunchables pizza pack. Pizza looked like it wasn’t in the oven long enough, it was barely warm when it arrived. Wasn’t even a hot & ready, I paid $38.58 & I would like to spare anyone else from buyers remorse.

I would give no stars if I could. Did an online order at 8:55 the app said food would be ready at 9:30. Got there at 9:20 and waited until 9:45 and they still had not even started making either of my 2 pizzas yet. They were not busy at all. There were only 2 other ppl waiting, they both said they had been waiting for over an hour. The front customer girl didn’t even greet me or anyone else walking in or ask what I or they needed! I eventually just asked for a refund. The front girl also just kept giggling randomly and I noticed when I had walked in there were 2 pizzas waiting to be cut just sitting on the table, the front girl had then taken out 3 more after that and just left them sitting out too and went to go do other things, the guy that was waiting prior to me said his pizzas were supposed to be ready at 9:01 we were talking at 9:40, the pizzas that were just sitting there were ready way before they were given out and were just open and getting cold they were for the 2 ppl who were waiting for an hour. Who knows when they were actually taken out of the oven because they were there already sitting out when I arrived.

The younger gentlemen working right now, 3:30pm on Wednesday 6-21-2023 was incredibly rude. Told me all of their pizzas were bad and no hot and ready pizzas with an attitude. As someone with restaurant management experience that kid is going to kill this store with that attitude. I won’t be back. Also going to reach out to the brand. Hard yikes.

Horrible Service. Two times I’ve ordered and have to cancel because the order isn’t made when they receive it. I’ve come to the restaurant to pick up and my order isn’t ready, to wait 1 hour for a pizza is insane. For that I’ll order from any other pizza place. They never have hot and ready pizzas available and the restaurant looks run down and old. It needs a serious update, it’s always dirty. For a hot and ready pizza look anywhere else. Will not order from this place again.

I was a little annoyed that it took 40min for the cheapest pepperoni pizza and crazy bread with marinara. Ordered 3 20oz sodas, they were out of 20oz. Asked the manager to refund on my card, he told me to take a 2 liter. Told him I paid double that for the 20oz. He told me to grab two… so I gave one away to another customer. Left and realized I didn’t get my sauce so I had to turn around. Cute guy working 3/27 at 5pm made everything right and gave me some brownies. I think he should be the manager instead lol.
