Ordered a breakfast wrap & vanilla dip donut this morning. Got to work and there’s a huge chunk missing from the donut and the other side looks like it’s covered in mold. I pulled that piece off and it smells so SOUR! My breakfast wrap was ripped apart. Called there twice to let them know and no one answered.

The workers there were cool and they made our drinks pretty well. So glad that they have some Tim Hortons locations this side of the border. It is a nice little treat for us Chicagoans. One of the dudes working there had the quadratic formula tattooed onto him, which I think is hilarious.

Our order was messed up, so we drove around to correct it and got yelled at for messing up their drive thru times. Told each car was suppose to be 30 seconds so they could not take the time to listen to us or correct our order. They finally gave us the missing food, in a very upsetting manner (literally threw it out the window). Also, I ordered espresso in my iced cap and they did not add any, so when asked for the shot I paid for, she took my drink back thru the window and drenched it with espresso (which I’m sure is a health service violation, I had sipped out of my straw already). Then slammed it into my hand yelling now you have espresso. By the way this was the manager. I wrote corporate too. We will not be going back to this location.

I went through the drive-thru this morning and paid my order with a $50 (my order was $11.20) and received $28.80 back-I was shorted $10.00! I didn’t realize it until I got to work. I tried calling the store several times throughout the day but no answer. Looking back on how the cashier handed my money back to me I realize she was acting funny about how she folded my money up in the receipt and handed it to me.

Terrible, 2 bagels took nearly 5 minutes once we got to the window. We scraped enough cream cheese off our bagels to spread generously on another dozen. Oh, and no toasting that we requested and paid for.

Sandwiches were disgusting, sandwich maker had no clue what she was doing, others behind counter were displaying horrendous. Cross Contamination hygiene practices including one who was wiping her nose with a napkin then not washing hands before servicing customers at drive thru. Place was filthy dirty. Trim p peices laying on floor in front of sandwich counter displaying years of filth right where your washing your sandwich being made, I would never go back to this location, this is a horrible representation of tim hortons and management should be ashamed of themselves.
