I ordered a hand tossed pizza with all the normal cheese and sauce that they put on it and honestly it was terrible. The taste was so much different than I had in the past. Did Dominos change their sauce? Won’t buy one again.

I travel around the country and always order from Dominoes. I got to my hotel in Mystic late and couldn’t wait to order a pizza. It was THE WORST PIZZA from dominoes I’ve ever had. It had a gallon of sauce and hardly any cheese or other toppings. It looks like I’ll be ordering from a mom and pop which I should anyways.

I personally don’t have an issue with Dominos pizza. I actually love eating the ham and pineapple with Alfredo sauce… That’s just my odd opinion. But I don’t like to have to call and order, it’s like I’m ordering from a company. I’m ordering a pizza not car parts!

Ordered 6:27 pm 2/17, two medium pizzas, two orders of wings and an order of cinnamon twists (my daughter’s only request). Our order was delivered at 7:15 pm, two pizzas, two orders wings, and no cinnamon twists. My daughter was devistated. I rechecked my online order and called the location. 7:17 pm. They said they would redeliver them, or not charge us. I asked them to redeliver. 8:52 pm, still no cinnamon twists and still, a very upset 6 year old. I called the location again and asked them just to no charge me since it had been well over an hour and a half. They took my address and order number. Got the receipt this morning for the pending charge and we will still charged for the cinnamon twists. $45 for two medium pizzas (dry? at that), two orders of now soggy wings, and a disgruntled 6 year old.
