A Cool Guy
This place is struggling, they only had 3 employees running dinner hour on a promotional day and another employee was out back knelt down crying beside his car. They were working so hard they didn’t even have a second to sweep. These folks were completely overwhelmed. The manager was running the phones to the best of his ability but this place was swamped and it showed in the quality of the food. My pizzas had whole sections missing toppings and the flavor was definitely not something I ever expected from a Pizza Hutt. I felt bad for these employees today, I hope something changes for these folks because nobody can last with that kind of demand.

I paid over $60 for my order. Everything was well handed until I asked if I could pay for 2 sauces and the guy said he couldn’t ring me up there. I had 2 different orders until I made a third order on my sauces and another young men came up and he is going to ask questions on how many orders I have. If I paid for my food and sauces nothing should be crazy about me paying whatever I pay. I never had a situation there until today and those young mens won’t be there for long by the way they treat and talk about nothing they should. Smh!

I ordered 5 bread sticks and 6 boneless wings by phone. I was told my total was $38.56. I order from Pizza Hut occasionally, although I understand prices vary at different locations, I have NEVER paid this much for 5bread sticks and 6 wings. That is outrageous. The employees may need evaluation as to what they maybe charging customers and what they are pocketing. I truly feel as if though that is pure robbery.

I have a complaint. Have ordered 2 times, ordered wings and bread sticks. Stressed to the person to make sure that there was ranch and marinara sauce with the order. Well I went by to get some wings and had a young man playing in the window with the passengers in the car ahead of me for like 10 minutes. Then when I got up there to ask about wings he had a smart mouth laying slouched on the window as if he didn’t care if we got our food or not. After asking me to call the order in he answered claiming he couldn’t hear me but I will be calling corporate tomorrow. I’ve worked in customer service for 24 years I have never had an experience at any Pizza Hut like this. As well I worked at the one in Clinton for 6 years I could never treat my customers like he did tonight.

No sauce at all on the pizza so it was soooo dry. It was also over cooked. The breadsticks were the only edible item. So disappointed! Usually good.
