Awesome new family-owned restaurant! The food was very good and they have a nice variety from rice and pasta dishes to ramen to healthier build-it-yourself bowls (Poke etc). The pork belly buns were an especially nice appetizer and we saw many dishes we’d like to come back for. Staff were friendly and the service as quick as one can expect for freshly made dishes. Clean dining room and modern aesthetic too!

Came here for the first time. A new place near Holmes Regional and Downtown Melbourne. A great little place for some very flavorful Asian dishes. Got the Singapore Noodles w/ chicken and my sis got the Salmon Poke Bowl. Both tasty and delicious. I can’t stress how much flavor they put into their dishes. That said, I dinged a star for atmosphere; it was a bit lackluster, but it seemed like walking into your typical local Chinese Restaurant when their food doesn’t reflect that at all. Also, they’re short staffed at the moment so the service was good but could use more ambition and optimism. Overall, still a great experience. The price can get a bit expensive, the dishes reflect it’s worth. And it’s worth coming by and trying them out. Will be coming back for some Shoyu Ramen!

Extremely disappointed. Waste of food and my $$$. I ordered bourbon chicken with fried rice. The chicken is definitely old. If, not from early this morning- perhaps yesterday it’s super dry it almost taste like chewing on cardboard. The fried rice was not fried rice. It’s literally steamed rice with soy sauce. It was horrific. Vegetable lo mein, and shrimp. I specifically asked would it have a variety of vegetables they keep implying that yes it had a variety of vegetables. It literally was celery and cabbage. Although this wasn’t as bad, as the chicken. I’m simply not going be returning for a 2x What happened? 6, 5mo ago you’ll had good reviews and by looking @the food people purchased? this place has gone downhill. $30 down the trash.

This place just opened yesterday and my curiosity got the best of me. I’m glad I tried it. I ordered the Korean Tteokbokki & a Strawberry Fruit Tea. They were both delicious! I’ve always wanted to try Tteokbokki and kimchi after watching others eat it in the kdramas. One thing I will say about the Tteokbokki is that it’s a meal you will want to share. There were a lot of rice cake so it can be almost overwhelming. Looking forward to going back and trying more food.

I tried this place for the first time 2 weeks ago and I have been coming here since. The chicken wings are on point and their fried rice is a chef’s kiss. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and now since I have become a regular they know my order when I walk in the door. If you haven’t tried this restaurant what are you waiting on!

The food at this restaurant quite literally saved my life. I, 35M, I been living with impending terminal cancer for the last 3 1/2 months. My doctor said it was all I had left. I came in to Ruby Asian taste because I had a hankering for real Asian food. What I didn’t expect to find was a bowl of Ramen, that quite literally expanded my lifespan after eating the Rahman I went to my doctors appointment to follow up, and I’ve been cured of all cancer. All I can say is thank you to Ruby and her amazing food.

My daughter and I went to the restaurant this evening and ordered pineapple shrimp fried rice, Singapore fried noodles and strawberry mango milk tea. We loved it. It was big portions and tasted really good. It was delicious! To compare it to the price, it was really worth it.

Friendly service and clean place , food is a little pricey. Orange chicken was pretty good, but the pad Thai was not what I’m used to. Overall it’s a great place for the area. I will return

This new restaurant will be a new hidden gem go to place! Staff is suburb. We ordered the Hell’s Ramen dish with some char pork belly option. No words to describe how perfect the dish was!! We are very picky. One serving size was more than enough for husband and me with a little home side of pork dumplings. We will return again and again to try their other wonderful dishes.
