$30 for 4 tablespoons of Rice Pilaf seems very unfair, especially for an item such as rice. The steak tips look great, but this has to be less than 1/5 of the rice you’d expect for the menu $$$ of the meal. Heartbreaking!!

Martha’s Exchange in downtown Nashua, NH, is a great place to stop in for a pleasant meal or just to spend some time with a friend over a pint of their beer that they brew on the premises. The food is very good, the service is excellent, and you can probably find a beer on tap that you will enjoy. The decor includes a lot of dark wood that gives it a warm feeling, and the space is divided up so that you have some privacy to your conversation. The prices are on the high side of moderate. They don’t list the prices for the draft beer on their menus. We look forward to going back there again!

Food was fantastic but service was very slow. I had a lamb pocket with onion rings. The onion rings were probably the best I’ve ever had. They were crisp and light. The lamb was tender and cooked perfectly (i.e. not overcooked). The pocket was soft and tasty and everything was fresh. The flavors were very balanced and nothing was overpowering.

Went there on 31st night, DJ was good. Bartender didn’t even bother to smile. Billed me 6 drinks when I had only 5. Also wasn’t willing to server simple drinks like mule.

Stopped in for lunch and was pleasantly greeted by wait staff. Experienced cordial conversation and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Our orders were delicious and the quality was fresh and made to order. We also purchased some of the sweets (my husband loved the tiramisu truffles) as well. If we did not live out of state this would definitely be a weekly place to visit.

Went here on a Thursday night, not overly crowded since we got seated right away. Throughout the night, the service was very slow. The appetizer and food did not come out fast which was weird since it was not too busy. It also took a while to get another beer once I was done my first one.
