Showed up one day and they had only 2 kinds of bread and and 3 meats. I didn’t order anything that day. I come back today and they actually have full stock. I order a deluxe BMT and she ends up charging me the double meat price and added a dollar for extra cheese because she only put it on half the sandwich and I had to ask for more. The worst subway I have ever been to. This location needs to be shut down and replaced by Firehouse. The manager clearly doesn’t know how to keep a full stock of bread or meat, doesn’t know how to hire competent employees, and overall doesn’t know how to run a subway. By far the worst subway experience I have had.

In the past, I know that this place has had some pretty bad reviews and unsatisfied Customers and I would like to be the first to say I apologize in advance for the previous Owners and Management. As of 1/26/2021 This location is under NEW Management and Ownership. If you have had a bad experience recently. Please don’t give up on this location. Alot has changed and there is more to come. Give us a visit and another chance. We promise to meet your expectations and keep you satisfied every visit. This place did well for awhile afew months ago when i visited often but as of lately everything seems to just have gone downhill, the service is slow or never present no one would want to do the customers order and they are constantly running out of ingredients forcing them to close early.

They seemed friendly enough. They are really stingy with their toppings and condiments. I had to tell the girl that made my sandwich to add more of everything I asked for. And she moved really slowly. Part of the reason people eat at fast food establishments it for the speed of service. This was the middle of my lunch and she moved like I had all day.

The lady in front of me asked for pizza and they said the pizzas were frozen and wouldnt be ready in a while. I asked for yellow egg breakfast sandwhich and they said their eggs were frozen also. Some subways are good but this location isn’t one of them.

I did curbside and they said it was ready at 1:10 I waited over 10mins outside before I got annoyed enough to go inside and asked where my food was. They said they didn’t get the order on their computer! BS just don’t come to this subway. If I could give this place a -5 stars I would.

Asked for flatbread, they ran out. Asked for Italian herbs and cheese bread, they ran out. Asked for Buffalo sauce on my sandwich (I do every time I come), they didn’t have any. He also said he’d choose Italian bread for me anyway because I’d like it better. Sticking to the one on 360.

This Subway was filthy the last time I had gone to it. No paper towels in either the men or women’s bathroom, so there was no way to dry your hands. There was a huge puddle they just left sitting in front of the soda machine, with no caution sign. Worst of all, I saw a roach on the counter in the food prepping area. One of the employees had severe dandruff…hairnets should be worn.
