Delicious food and amazing owner! Probably the best BBQ I can recall having – you know it’s good when you don’t need any sauce. I had the smoked brisket sandwhich and it was great, the brisket melts in your mouth. Everyone I was with enjoyed what they got and apparently this place is a hit for lunch at the local office at work I also got a bag of jerky and my husband was a big fan of the black pepper jerky. The freeze dried candy is something I have not had before – it was an awesome thing to try. Great place, great people, will defintely be back!

This place just recently opened up as a restaurant but has been there for quite some time as a jerky making shop. So I stopped in for lunch today and had the Pulled Pork Poboy which has the pork mixed in with their baked beans and pickled slaw. I also had a side of potato salad. The food was all very good, nice to see a local BBQ spot in this area of town and I am looking forward to trying more!

Give the door a knock. Resturant side is closed down but the Jerky side is open and making some great products. Owner is extremely friendly but may be in back so be sure to give the door that knock to get some great jerky!

Great place to eat. I stopped in there to get some beef jerky during work as I pass by here frequently and see the beef jerky sign and after sampling them all i picked one, wasn’t easy as I liked them all. The owner gave me some samples some of the brisket and homemade spices. The brisket was amazing. I came back a few days later for lunch with my boss and we enjoyed the food and environment, so well that I came back later that evening to grab a to go order to bring home to the family. I will definitely be a regular customer here!

Absolutely fantastic BBQ, great jerky, and an owner who’s passionate about quality. I’ve been here a few times since the place has opened and I can’t get enough. Thomas is an awesome guy and super knowledgeable. This is the type of place you need to support over and over. A local business dedicated to quality. Skip the chains and eat local.

Amazing bbq! This place is family owned and operated which is so nice to see. Mom prepped the meal, dads the pit master and daughter rang us up. We loved hanging out and enjoyed amazing food and company. The owner let us know the meat was humanely sourced and the taste definitely proved correct. We are super picky about bbq, theseres nothing worse than the bbq burps from cheap smoking method, you will NOT have that here!! The jerky was awesome too! Save room for the cobbler! We will be back! Thank you Thomas and family for showing such kindness and hospitality to my family.

Had lunch here today, i tried the pulled poboy. OMG!! The best barbecue ever. I never eat a whole sandwich but i couldnt put the sandwich down. Thomas gave us a sample of the saurkraut, real saurkraut. The formented for days kind, not the pickled stuff you buy in the store. It was awesome. I will be going back soon! I think I found my favorite lunch spot..

Great BBQ! Great people too. I’ve stopping in over 20 times. Always good stuff. Beef brisket sandwich and pork slidders are my go to. Fried pickles are a great snack too. They are always making new things to try. I go at least once a week.
