I just had surgery and am trying to feed all of my kiddos supper. I ordered the Family Special: 1 cowboy pizza, 1 pepperoni pizza, and 2 sides. I had my Dad pick it up and drop it off for us. When it got here, there were 2 cowboy pizzas. I called and asked for a credit on my account for the pizza that I paid for and did not receive. The Assistant Manager told me, they don’t do that anymore. He’d give me a $3 coupon credit. When I asked to speak to his manager, he became belligerent and rude. He ended the wonderful service by hanging up on me when I asked for his name. We use to swear by Papa Murphys, but this is the fourth problem I’ve had with an order that went unrectified. This is the last pizza we will get.

The delivery driver gave us the wrong pizza and when I called the store to get it straightened out the girl had no idea what to do and she handed the phone off to a different worker and he said I would have to come in to have the pizza remade when I originally ordered delivery. I didn’t have the option to come In that’s why I got delivery so it was very frustrating that I paid for a pizza that wasn’t edible. Maybe get a manager on shift instead of letting a bunch of high schoolers run the show. I’ve never dealt with worse customer service in my life.

I’m don’t ordering from this location. It’s always an issue, either their missing toppings (not out of stock, just forgot to be put on) or the half and half is like 80/20…..but this was the last straw. The dough was so thin and doughy after being in the oven for 25 minutes that it broke as soon as I grabbed a slice. Always a problem, always wrong in one way or another….this place has lost my trust. I’m going to other locations from now on.

Always a disappointment. I’m tired of paying extra money to order the way I want it and then you don’t get what you ask for. I never complain even though it happened every time. They forget toppings I paid extra for and didn’t receive, then they give attitude and say they will give me 10% off my next pizza. That’s not even as much money off as I paid for the toppings I didn’t get. Then they said drive the 15 min there and 15 min back and they will give me a little cup of the toppings I paid for but didn’t get? No thanks. Plus I tip them every time 20% why???

Lets start with how they are advertising starting at $16 an hour. Then when you go in for you interview they start you at $9.50. They treat their employees terribly then take away their benefits like their employee discounts. Then they say “you must earn it back” as if they were ever given the right materials to do it right in the first place. The most dishonest upper management at any franchise ever. If and/or when you do get hired( which you will because they are desperate for employees because they don’t give incentives to stay or do better) then keep an eye on money missing from checks, it seemed to be a problem multiple stores were having. So please if you order food from her or get a job WATCH YOUR BACK.

Went here 2x now and both were bad experiences. Not only did we call ahead and order for a certain time but then the pizza wasn’t even done and had to wait another 20 mins for our pizza. Then we get the pizza home to cook it and we got the new nacho cheese one and and it didn’t even have the nacho cheese on it just regular shredded cheese. I couldn’t even it cause it was so nasty. We will never return to this location again. They need to get it together and have a system going and not all over the place.

Came in 5 minutes after my pick up time. My order wasn’t ready. When I asked about my pizza I was treated quit rudely. They hadn’t even started my pizza yet. So an hour after ordering and having an employee snap at me, I take my pizza home. Ate some and ended up with food poisoning. About a month ago I ordered pizza and my order was wrong. I will be buying my pizza elsewhere.

They were understaffed(1 employee didn’t show up for their shift) & handled two Karen’s back to back before me in line with firmness and respect. One Karen’s coupons were outdated, she asked for a manager, the other clearly didn’t communicate effectively and was in a hurry. They should have just paid, waited like the rest of us & kindly left. Papa Murphy’s is not an expensive pizza place by any means. Plus they take EBT.

Went to pick up my pizza order a Thai chilli chicken, which comes with zucchini on it normally. Was not informed they where out of zucchini and instead of informing me that there wasn’t any left they justadr the pizza anyways, didnt check the pizza until I got home, because usually there isn’t any issues. Would have been nice to be give at least a discount seeing as you charge like $3+ per condiment or given an alternative option at least.
