Didn’t know it was new management/ownership. Came in to get a Hot Honey Crispy Chicken Sandwich, it was amazing!! Wonderful people here, Lexi made a superb cold brew for me and Dawn was very helpful and wonderful with helping me with the rest of my large order. I will certainly be coming back always!

First timer at the Grande Cafe. And I am glad I stopped in. Atmosphere was relaxing, staff was very friendly, service was great and food was fast, fresh, and hot. If your in the area I would recommend giving them a shot as the food is very tasty.

Very good food. We got 2 egg bagels with bac, egg&chz and a red velvet muffin with chocolate and cream cheese. It’s a good upgrade to the late Avalon Coffee place

100% worth a try! Our breakfast was fantastic, and the lunch menu looked even better. We had the turkey sausage egg & cheese, French toast, and avocado toast and all was yummy. We will definitely be back for lunch! They have a really good selection of bagels as well

Not worth it. $14.50 for a chicken salad on plain bagel with cheese. Bagel was small and last I checked I was in Rio Grande , NJ, not NYC where I can get a much better sandwich and a little cheaper. Not worth the price for what they give you.

The service by the girls was beautiful, and the food and drink I had were very enjoyable. What wasn’t was when I heard that these girls work over 6 hour shift with NO BREAK AT ALL. Which last I checked that is again state labor law considering that most are minors working there. And that the owner is doing more then he can handle, as well as the manager Dawn who neither of them is not the nicest to these girls and I even watched the owner who is a grown man try to put his hand in front of the one girls face MULTIPLE TIMES to “shush her up.” I think this place has so much potential, but not with the way the management is going right now. I hope those girls get treated better and they both fix the attitude problems they both have. Please make sure to tip these girls well!

This place is super cute. The girls are sweet + welcoming. The food is yum and my smoothie was too. The atmosphere is super cute, a little pricey but isn’t everything nowadays

I tried this place twice, both times the rolls were stale. The cheese steak was on a chapati roll and me a t was tough and very sparce. The mango slaw was way to spicy. Everything was way over priced with very small portions. I will not be coming back.

I have worked as a chef in 5 states and have experienced a lot of different food. I recently came back from Florida, and I have been having a time. Food is nj is horrible, im going through a bottle of hotsauce a week. This is the exception. I try to live a healthy life as I get older but in the south chicken and waffles is a lot of people’s guilty pleasure. When I saw it on the menu I had to try it. I was not disappointed. This was the absolute best chicken and waffles I’ve ever had. I helped open a restaurant before leaving Florida and had to design a chix and waffles dish and I wish mine was that good haha. Seriously there was so much flavor, from the bacon to this pancake syrup with just the right amount of kick too it. I honestly had a horrible experience at the dinner next to the auto part store in Rio. I was looking for a new spot, and I think I found it. More then worth the trip, plus food here is expensive, I was by myself but got a serving of food so big I couldn’t finish, a bottled drink, and a coffee for 20 dollars before tip. That is a bargain here. I hope this place blows up, I lot of people try, but they are doing it right
