Sent my son to pick up my order. He didn’t know I ordered 4 pizzas and when he got home with 2 I decided to go back. Pulled thru the drive thru and explained my situation and the guy tells me next time tell my son not to be rude. So I called my son he said he wasn’t rude he just picked up the pizzas and walked out so I call the manager and she said my son was rude that the guy at the counter was telling him he had two more and my son threw his hands up and said whatever dude and left. I just said I would talk to my son but the more I thought about it I had a couple things in mind. For one my son is never just rude to anyone for no reason and for two how did he “throw his hands up” as she said if he had two pizzas in his arms. I just let it go but me and my family will not be back. We will eat sandwiches from home next time. Very poor service. There’s absolutely no excuse for service like that. I’ve never ever had a good experience going there!

This place is always closing early like 20-30 min early. They never have paper plates or napkins. Your always waiting on on a pizza they never seem to have anything hot and ready as this chain advertises. Sometimes you get pizza with out any sauce as well.

Dumb as rocks. I literally went and got myself lunch and was going to get the people next door for helping me put my windshield wipers on lunch. I told him the girls name said I want to pay for her a pizza and this guy says you can’t do that. I said what do you mean? Here’s her name. Charge my card. You can’t do that. We can’t do that. So I turn around. I’m like look give me the pizza then I’ll take it over there. We don’t have any. It is 12:00. You have zero pepperoni pizzas made. I asked why at lunch time you don’t have pizza made. He states we just opened an hour ago. Yes people were coming to get lunch at 12:00. You should have food ready. He stays. It will be 10 to 15 minutes for a pepperoni pizza. I had to ask for a manager just to tell little boy that he could turn around, charge my card and allow the people next door to come get the pizza as long as I gave them the receipt even though I’m giving you her name. Absolutely the worst service along with the fact they look closed.

Got a cheese pizza light sauce they charged us 8 dollars when we asked they said was rung up wrong and had no knowledge how to refund our money we was over charged. This place is ridiculous and will not be ordering from there again. Also the staff did not want or care to fix the mistake they made.

The food is alright and what you would expect of any chain restaurant. The staff is honestly kinda rude. I tried to be as patient as I could be when I had to run inside to add one more pizza to my order, but I was completely ignored for nearly 30 minutes while they helped everyone who came in before and after me. I get that they’re under staffed but at least tell me it will be a minute. When I spoke to who I guess was a manager he acted like I was being completely unreasonable when I told him what happened and clearly didn’t care.

Terrible experience the last two times visiting this store. About a month ago, the guy taking my order was nodding out….then I waited 45 minutes on one pizza and cheesy bread. Tonight, I received a raw deep dish pizza. They re made it…and the second was raw as well. At that point, requested a refund and was told they couldn’t do it because a manager was not there. They definitely don’t even deserve the one star review.
