Every time I go to this very specific Taco Bell I always have a problem with either the food or the staff. I’ve had multiple times where I’ve ordered over $30 worth of food and they always forget stuff. There is also been multiple times that I have confronted workers asking them why it has taken them so long to prepare such a simple order and are always rude to me to the point where I have had my food tossed at me through the drive-thru window. If I owned this Taco Bell I would personally shut it down. They never let anyone inside the building anymore always rude with customers and the quality is very poor if I could rate this Taco Bell negative five stars I really would. I will never eat here again and I will do my best to spread the word to hopefully have this Taco Bell shut down one day and maybe something better will take over the building

I ordered delivery and it took over 2 hours to get my food. I know things happen and waits can be long but I called the store just to see if it was super busy or maybe there was an issue with my order. I asked as nicely as I could because I’m a service worker and understand and was met with a rude “I don’t know” without any follow up. I tried to get my question across to the person on the phone but they would not listen to what I was saying and continued to be rude for absolutely no reason so I just ended up hanging up. I’ve never in my life received service this horrible and could never imagine speaking to a customer this way. These employees need to do better

This place is a joke. You park to go inside and the doors are locked. Spoke to the manager last time I was here and was told they are always open untill 10. Also slow service sometimes, but what do u expect when they have a single person working on a weekend night shift. Not a great place to take orders from if you are a delivery driver!

This location is the worst. The dining hours says it’s open till 10 PM however, the doors are always locked no matter what time you show up. To make matter worst the drive-thru is so slow the line is out into the street.

DO NOT EAT HERE. Spent $32 on soggy tacos with barely anything in them that fell apart. AGAIN, DO NOT GO TO THIS TACO BELL. Taco Bell overall has raised prices and quality has gone down completely. Even my Baja blast was flat. Seems like nobody wants to do their job there.

Nobody checks the bags before they give it to the customer. Has happened multiple times. Missing food or incorrect. Also, drive through at night is deliberately slowed down by workers.

I used to love Taco Bell back in the day. But unfortunately, I feel Taco Bell has gone way downhill over the past Decade. I get it. It is a fast-food restaurant, but I remember a time when Taco Bell was all about the presentation and quality. Now saying that. I feel like this place has to be a franchise because they are pretty consistent with portions. This place has given me new hope for Taco Bell. My Mexican Pizza and Nacho Supreme was good I got tonight.
