I’m not sure how to rate this appropriately. Let’s see. I would give the cook Terry 5 stars. But 1 star to Sandra the other server guy and the food presentation on the line. So we’ll meet in the middle. Yes it was busy. The front staff hadn’t been keeping up with orders and everything was mess. They were running out of food and poor Terry in the back. One cook trying to keep up. I asked how long until there next orders were coming up for the dishes I wanted. He asked me fresh? Like no. I just expect u go dig it out of the fridge and throw it on the line. He said 30 minutes. ??? What? Ok. I ordered something out of the norm for me. Before the next guy could order my dish was ready. Terry definitely knows how to bring back the customers. I thanked him a hundred times and even had the front staff guy hand my tip back to Terry. It had been a long day in the er and I was so appreciative that my order was able to be made. Sandra was very rude. Instead of either of the front staff having that customer service attidue. They were to overwhelmed with the customers and were not very nice. Terry made it worth it and 5 stars to him.

Pictured is the fried rice, beef & broccoli, honey walnut shrimp, and teriyaki chicken. It was fresh and amazing! Chicken moist and flavorful. Broccoli cooked perfectly at which it still had crunch. Beef was tender. The shrimp is not over cooked and nice sized. The honey glaze compliments it perfectly with the candied walnuts. The rice is simply delicious! The reason for the four stars is because I always feel rushed. The young lady that fixes the food seems to give a death stare like she is forcing you with her eyes to order hurriedly. People eat with their eyes and if they’re not given a few seconds to at least try new items instead of picking the same stuff to stay safe, then we wouldn’t feel so rushed. I will still eat here though because I love their food just not the customer service.

Had a pickup order I placed on the website, and upon arrival I told them my name. Edith was super rude about it saying that they gave to to someone from door dash already even though it was a mobile order. I told her that it was an order for me and not for doordash or anything, and she said there’s nothing they can do about it and told me it’s my fault for ordering online and that I need to go thru the line instead next time. They were rude about it but made the food again anyways but it’s like why have an option to order on the website if you’re just gonna be rude about it? Worst customer service

I went in this afternoon to grab lunch and this girl named Emily was extremely rude. She rushed me when I was trying to decide what I wanted to get. They gave me the wrong drink and when I went back and asked her to change it to the original order she refused to do so and pretended like I wasn’t there. The rest of the employees where extremely nice and had amazing customer service but Emily, whoever you are, you are dragging this company down and I would be ashamed to have to work there with you.

the lady got the price wrong twice and overcharged us the food was good but i just sacrificed my money for some chow mein w orange chicken all because some lady couldn’t even do her job right. when we both confronted her for getting BOTH of our prices wrong she didn’t do anything about it
