This is the worst location ever!!! All the “homemade” drinks in the clear plastic containers were empty, there were no lids for the tops, there was no silverware, hardly any napkins. The place was dirty and disgusting. The staff is rude when you ask them for the things that are supposed to be available to you. They had no steak and hardly any chicken. The staff is on the younger side and seems to not care. At the time we were there it didn’t seem as if there was a manager on site. The food bar where they make your order was so dirty. There was foods from different containers all over the counter. The floors looked like they haven’t been swept in months. This is a fairly new location as well and it looks run down. Unfortunately this is the only one near us I am sure we will not be back anytime soon. Avoid if you can.

I’ve been going to Chipolte for years. My daughter worked at the one in St Lucie West. I travel, and have been to many different Chipotle’s. This store is absolutely disgusting. I’ve ordered food 4 times and my order has been wrong every time with barely any food in them.

It’s so sad to know that such a new location is doing so terrible. Today was my first time visiting this location and certainly my last. It started with using their filth restrooms that appear to have not been cleaned in weeks. I then asked for the new garlic steak. I was then told that only drive thru had it and they were not able to serve me from the food set for drive thru. I sat down at a disgusting table. The tea was missing the tea lid. None of the tables were cleaned, the garbage was overflowing. Dead insects were all over the window sills. If they treat their building this way can you imagine how the kitchen is kept??! Management needs to get it to together here!

The wifi had gone out at this location and whoever was running the “drive thru” tonight (at like 8:30-9 on 7/3/23) was very quick with making our order despite the trouble. Seeing other reviews my suspicions are true that this place, like many others, is understaffed (or like some places, having hours cut way back), which is even more of a feat of how fast the person running it was. They were very nice and apologetic (despite it not being their fault the system went down), working very hard. Note that this is an above and beyond thing, I would not have faulted them for taking long, as there were several people in line and it looked like inside as well.

We are enjoying the recently opened Chipotle Mexican Grill in Tradition. So far our favorites are, the Chicken Bowl and the Carnitas Burrito. They’re famous for their guacamole and rightly so, we get it every-time. To avoid the lines, we found the best way, is to use their app to order your food. It will be hot and ready for you when you get there. The staff is friendly, very efficient the place is spotless. You can dine-in, use the drive-through or the carryout pick up window. Highly recommend, when you’re looking for delicious fresh Mexican style food.

I ordered in the app. I picked up the food and drove home. Not a single thing was correct. I ordered a bowl, burrito and kids build your own. The build your own only had rice and tortillas, they gave us 2 bowls and neither of the bowls were correct. One bowl had just quac, sour cream, rice and cheese. I decided to drive alllll the way back and ask to speak to the manager. She pulls up my order and sees that my order isn’t correct. She moves forward with making the new order in the drive thru area, so I can’t really see. I don’t check it when I leave because it has to be right. Nope! Two bowls again and the quac we paid for on both entrees was not present and paying like 3$ per spoonful, not a happy camper. Won’t ever order take out from there again as this was the second time our order was wrong.

Worst Chipotle ever. I love Chipotle, this one is closest to my house and I still don’t go here. Terrible customer service, no one there knows what they are doing, they are always missing some food item in the kitchen. Dinning room is always dirty and trash cans are always overflowing. Soda machine is always out of ice or the most popular flavors of soda. Owner should sell this location so that someone who cares can take over.
