This was by far a highlight for our vacation. Our server James C was very helpful with suggestions and steered us in the right direction at every turn, his supporting staff were equally fantastic and on the spot for your every need. The food was exceptional, and the atmosphere was wonderful. We were here for my wife’s birthday, and it seems that everyone that we interacted with offered her a kind birthday sentiment. Likely the best steak and salmon we have had anywhere. The attention to detail we observed by everyone from the hostess to the management was exemplary. Thank you again James C and Carversteak for an awesome experience.

I recently celebrated my birthday at this restaurant, and I must say, the host truly made the experience memorable. His exceptional eye contact and attentiveness made us feel incredibly special. The Filet Mignon and baked potato were absolutely delightful, leaving us craving for more. However, the highlight of the evening was the sensational sundae served with a sparkler to commemorate my birthday. It truly elevated the dining experience to another level. Overall, this was the best birthday dinner I’ve ever had, and I can’t wait to share my wonderful experience with others.

Really great spot! I was pleasantly surprised by this place. It was one of the best steakhouses that I’ve been to. Got the Australian wagyu and it was amazing. The drinks were also great too. Upscale place with awesome service. Our waiter Zach was really nice and provided wonderful recommendations. Highly recommend checking this place out.

A great experience every time. The hostesses are warm and welcoming, the ambience is really beautiful and the food and service is top notch. Joel was our server and he is a consummate professional with a friendly demeanor and a good sense of humor. The martini cart server was excellent and extremely well versed in making the best martinis. The bus staff was also caring and attentive and management made sure everything was perfect. Of course the food is outstanding, from a delicious prosciutto and melon to a fantastic bigeye tuna tartare to a wonderful Australian wagyu strip steak that melted in our mouths. Simply the best and what has become a must stop on any trip to Las Vegas.

We really wanted to love this place and it came very close to meeting our expectations. First, the service was fantastic. Our server was engaging and fun, gave great recommendations, and was attentive – except for a period where we didn’t see him for 30+ minutes while we waited for dessert . He just disappeared and we sat there with an empty table.

First time to the high-end steak house, Carversteak in the Resort World hotel and the experience was overall well done. Open table reservations are highly suggested, as this restaurant seems at capacity on the Saturday night we had dinner. The front desk greeting and seating was handled very well, and had our table in a covered patio right away.

Good food and wine, but I honestly can’t say I’ll be back. Nothing blatantly wrong, I just had so much better around Vegas. The service was probably the part that made our experience less… staff felt annoyed to be at work. The food was good, but for the price and atmosphere, I’d rather be at other places, and I don’t mind paying top dollar for excellence… as you can see from my previous review history.
