This place is a hidden gem on the hill. Tucked away next to the Fox theater, Ado’s serves high end food without high end prices. We started with the crispy fried brussels which were literally some of the best I’ve had with a slightly sweet sauce and a surprise of pistachios and sliced apple. Definitely a winner. The chicken marsala was a mile high on top of perfectly cooked risotto. The chicken tasted like it was basted in butter and wine and so delish. The New York Strip was surprisingly tasty with a good amount of fat to make it super juicy. Everyone swooned over the mashed potatoes. And, the salmon came with crisp green asparagus and roasted potatoes that were buttery goodness. We had a birthday in our group and Ado gifted us a piece of amazing guava cheesecake. Even though we were stuffed we managed to polish it off too. Overall, a really wonderful experience. Ado greeted us at the door, cooked our food, and served us with a smile. The only thing that could have been better was if he had more patrons since we were the only ones there on Wednesday night. I’ll definitely be back!

The best omelet I’ve ever had. The mushroom omelet was LOADED with mushrooms, the basil pesto added a great flavor. It was so stuffed, I should have taken a picture. So good!

I first tried this place on uber eats and it was good a bit cold but then it was delivered so i decided to try it the way this food should be nice and hot… and it was some of the best food i’ve had in a long time, i hope they make it talking to Ado it seems like is a struggle doing what he does in this area of Boulder.

The chicken Marsala was so delicious. And it was very special for the chef and owner to come out and check to see how I was doing. TJ, the server/bartender extraordinaire, was also fantastic. Eat here for amazing food in Boulder!

Amazing dishes all around here. The appetizers were great (especially the brussel sprouts) and came fast even though we had a large party. The main dish also hit the spot and I would order again. Well worth going.
