I wanted to get 12 wings only for supper. They will only do wings as replacement of other pieces in their combo meal at a price of over $11. I told them thank you, but no thank you and left. In a world where wings are popular, I find that it is unbelievable that they don’t offer them ala carte.

The food seasoning was off and tasted different. There were not enough workers to keep up with the orders. The atmosphere was toxic because of all the orders that had people waiting for chicken at a place that mainly serves chicken.

We placed an order online AN HOuR and a HALF in advance. We arrive and it’s not ready, even tho app says it is. There was no food in sight and customer service was drastically lacking. Just say Hello.. don’t stare customers down..10ft rule..greet a person Somehow . People kept coming in and got food before us. We waited an additional 35 minutes for our food. Spoke to management and lady didn’t care or do anything. Establishment has bad management and will NEVER go there again.

We ordered $50 worth of food. 12 pc family meal with 3 lrg sides corn, Mac n cheese, annd mashed potatoes and 2 of the kfc bowls…. THEY FORGOT THE GRAVY FOR THE POTATOES! How do you forget the gravy?! Im pregnant at the moment and I was craving the mashed potatoes and gravy and got home HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED… we even waited 15 mins or so for our food… and they still forgot the gravy.…

I get home with my food from KFC in fort walton beach on Mary Esther cut off go to eat my Cole slaw and had already taken a bite when I seen this (please see picture below) not real happy and it just ruined my expirence of KFC will never go back and let just say the biscuit looks like someone was mad because they had to work.
