We ordered a large catering tray of Cuban sandwiches and a medium vegetable salad for pickup. The order went smoothly, was ready on time, food was good, and there was plenty to go around. I grew up near Ybor City, and the Cubans here were just as good as I would expect back home. I’ll definitely use them again!

We were First Timers today for brunch. We were recommended to go try it out for lunch. Friendly atmosphere and your food is fresh and homemade salads (Pasta,Potato Salad,Soups).

We have tried this place a few times. First visit wasn’t bad, sandwiches were pretty good. The second time, my husband’s roast beef was horrible! It smelled and tasted funny so we had to throw it out as soon as we got home. We decided to give it a third shot. Boy I wish we hadn’t! Yes, their prices have gone up like every where else, but the quality has plummeted. 1st, ordered fries, the serving boat they came in was barely half full. I would have gotten more fries at McDs even if I ordered a small. 2nd, I always get my daughter a cheese sandwich. Normally if the manager is there, she only charges me the same price as a grilled cheese as it’s literally just bread, cheese and mayo (not toasted). The girl checking me out today charged me just as much for that as my steak sandwich! That’s crazy! Speaking of steak, it was bad. I could barely eat half of it and that was only because I was hungry. Taste was way off! The bread was fresh, so I’ll give them that, but that’s about it. Steak and whatever they tried to season the meat with was somewhat off-putting. Another thing is yes, if you are a local (or white) you do get treated differently depending on who’s taking your order or checking you out. It’s a weird vibe for sure when you walk into a place and can tell they will serve you, but don’t genuinely care to. The manager is usually way more welcoming then her staff. My best advice is to try it at your own risk if you want as a last resort, but I’d skip this place. We will never order from here again. You will get a better sub for the $ at Publix or Wawa. And if you want an exceptional, authentic cheesesteak (or chicken) try Nico’s in Zephyrhills. They make amazing food from scratch! Plus when you walk in, the family that runs it makes you feel welcomed.

Been wanting to try this place for a while … so glad I went today … the roast beef was perfect !!! The horsey sauce was a little too spicy too as to the sandwich so she added a little for flavor but not too overpowering of the meat … Excellent food and the staff was very helpful and friendly … will definitely go again

They make the sandwiches, cubans, wraps, soups, and salads made fresh.

I’m only giving it 2 stars because my husband likes the Cubans……they didn’t haveany options for sandwiches with no ham in it…..turkey and swiss was a disappointment…..lettuce was brown and tomatos were going bad. Wasn’t worth 7 bucks that’s for sure……my husband will be back for the cuban but I certainly won’t be.

I was first introduced to this Spot by Heyl Truck Lines during my orientation. I love this place! The prices are great for such yummy sandwiches and such friendly staff. Desiree knows her sandwiches:D I wish I lived closer to get their sandwiches and wraps every day if I’m ever in the area, I’m definitely stopping here. I recommend the classic pressed cuban and the roasted horsey. If you like spice, ask for the habanero cheese 😉

I love this little GEM we found. These ladies make the BEST DAMN SANDWICHES in town, if I do say so myself! The salads & real southern sweet tea is great as well.

I recently moved to Zephyrhills and have been trying out the Mom and Pop businesses more. Living only a block away from this restaurant, I decided to stop in on Saturday afternoon, 9/18/21.

Very friendly and informative staff, place is clean. Had an 8 inch cuban, VERY tasty. Only 4 stars as I’m my opinion, was a little light on the amount of meat. MANY locals had come in to pick up orders the short time I was there. I live about 30 minutes away, not sure I would make the drive however if I was nearby I certainly would be back to try the Beast and others.
