I wish could rate no stars. They got my order wrong twice, in the same day! I never received all of the chicken I ordered, however I did receive the cheeseburgers ( ordered those the first time) twice and they all had fries so that does replace the large I ordered separately, that originally did not receive the first go around. I ordered that much chicken for a reason. Finally, got my onion rings, which I did not receive the first time, though. Hey, 2 wins right? Do better. Bk is an actual job, treat like one! Was told hold before order, driver thru worker didn’t mute mic (cursed saying GD , F etc) after about 3 minutes attempted to take order 3 or 4 times , kept messing it up. Another worker came on took order. Pulled up to wait. Every car was pulled. Kept bring food out goig from car to car to find who ordered. Order brought to us and was wrong. Night Shift on 08/20 Waited at drive thru for over 20 mins, guy at the counter kept forgetting we were out there said they were behind on orders.. there was no one there. Finally ended up placing an online order finally get to the window get yelled at by the dude for making an online order smelled like straight weed and eyes blood shot and couldn’t even talk straight. Need to get better workers this is ridiculous waiting over an hour for food and nothing in the kitchen takes more than 10 mins! Get better workers who aren’t high on the job and have the capability to complete simple task of making food and have common sense. Will never be going back to this Burger King. While writing this it has been over an hour still no food, but y’all don’t forget to charge us right?

I went through the drive thru the young blinded headed girl with tattoos on her arms was very rude the whole time I was ordering then when I got to the window she continued to be rude and sarcastic. Every time I come here one or all of these young kids has an attitude & are so disrespectful! Another gentleman that was also waiting for his food was also highly upset at the lady in the window. I understand people have bad days but that’s not how you act at your place of employment!

To top it off, I called several times to no answer. I guess we were lucky the stackers & drinks were right. I will never go to this location again.

They make their line appear short by making you pull around to the front. Currently sitting with about 6 other cars waiting for food to come out. Hopefully the food is decent..if I hadn’t already paid I’d most definitely leave.

It took forever to get our food and it wasn’t right when we did. We didn’t say anything because we didn’t have time. As we waited, 5 of the 6 people who ordered had an issue with their order. We have no intentions of ever eating there again.
