They messed up my order four times, the first time I received someone else’s order which was substantially smaller and cheaper than mine. The second time they sent it to the person who’s order I received’s address. The third time they did it yet again and the fourth time they just hung up on me saying that they would contact the driver. this is the highest level of disrespect I’ve received from a food service.

Will not deliver to my address despite only being 2 miles from this location. This store also uses a foreign call center. It took me well over 20 minutes on the phone to get to the actual store. Spoke with Peggy who was very sweet and helpful. It should never be this difficult to order a pizza in America. Do better pizza hut. This is why the other pizza chains are beating you. Stop pretending to be a cable company.

My wife and I ordered the new New Yorker and it was amazing! Apparently we ordered the first one and it was written on the box. The delivery driver was really nice. The pizza was amazing! It definitely brought back memories from my childhood. Absolutely a 5-star experience! Great job!

Ordered pan pep lovers for carry out. Dropped pizza on floor-we had to wait for remake, remade the wrong pizza and it was horrible. Sauce was so bitter/sour and was undercooked. Kids couldn’t eat it. Said they were sick after a few bites. Called to let manager know and asked for refund. Dominique, he said we had to bring back the product to get a refund. Wow! How many times do they get to inconvenience my family!!! Needless to say brought back he inedible pizza because i did not want another pizza or a credit. I knew better than to order pizza hut. Yuck the absolute worst!

The lady who took my order was a little rude and one stuff crust and garlic sauce was 27.00 dollars and she insisted on a tip so it was 33 dollars for a single stuff crust seems pretty high. Will not be ordering again for that price

Had one of the best Pizza Hut experiences ever at the Hermitage location. Food was very hot and fresh and the waitress was very on point! Never had to ask for anything! Will definitely be back again! I can’t get enough of the bread sticks! Only downfall is I wish they would bring back the buffet!!!!!
