Why are they even still open?! At first and during Ms. JoAnn’s reign as manager, the restaurant was AWESOME! Since then it has only taken up space. If they move any slower the food will go bad before it’s served. The facial expressions are gruesome. Whenever a good customer service employee is hired, they don’t stay long. The manager eventually & slowly walks up to the counter where 5 customers are standing with question marks on our faces, wondering where is everyone. She looks at us as if she would love to ask ‘why are you all here?’. So I get the hint and leave. I already know that my grandson’s breakfast croissant will take at least an hour with a side of ‘I don’t want to be here’ attitude. 2 people cannot run a restaurant. Expect less, you get even less!! I really miss the old Burger King, great food & service, and just enough Mayo.

I would never eat at this Burger King again. There was a dirty diaper on top of the sink in the men’s bathroom. This is disgusting! A staff member should be monitoring the bathrooms frequently so that customers never see diapers on sinks. After I ate my meal when I got home, I had diarrhea! I never have diarrhea after eating at any of the restaurants I usually eat at. The food obviously was not fresh here. I will advise my friends and family to not eat at this restaurant! I hope people read my review.

Came today on 03/13/23 they tell us they have no drinks available. Then we say that’s fine cause we will just get drinks at the gas station next door. We then wait 25 mins for are food for it to come out SUPER SUPER BURNT! LIKE FULL ON BLACK BURNT AND HARD AS A ROCK! Tried to return it for them to cool it again. The women gave us sass about saying it’s not that bad when it’s obviously way past burnt. Come to this location all the time never seen this women in there before. She has white braided into her hair. But she needs to be fired she is not cut out for customer service at all. And they had every door locked at this location so people couldn’t come in and I think by saying that their drink machine wasn’t working it was her way to make people not wanna come while she had to work cause it took them forever to get are food out and as I type this we are still waiting for a refund on are food!
